The 2 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 19th century house (we live on the 1st floor). It is only 3 metro stops from Midi train Station and can accommodate up to 4 people. Please note that our apartment is not suitable for children under 12. The apartment has been fully renovated and tastefully furnished to make you feel at home: fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, a suite with a king double bed, an studio with a sofa bed, shower & bathtub, washing machine, wifi, cable TV....

Un grand écran avec Netflix, YouTube,... dans la chambre et une télé dans la cuisine. Coin bureau avec wifi. Tout cela à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville. Petit chien accepté sur demande.

Het appartement is zeer vlot bereikbaar met de trein en auto. Binnen is het aangenaam en stil, terwijl je geniet van het leuke uitzicht op Hal 5, het hippe centrum van Kessel-Lo. Op 5 min wandelen sta je in de Bondgenotenlaan, de hoofdstraat van Leuven. Ideaal voor een WE weg of voor een langer verblijf!

Niché dans une demeure pittoresque, il peut accueillir 5 personnes: deux lits simples, un lit king size et un canapé lit. Terrasse, banc à la belle saison, à l'avant de la maison. La propriétaire offre la possibilité d’aller voir ses ânes qui paissent non loin. Nous fermons fin août 2026 pour vous offrir une meilleure expérience dès Janvier 2028! Suivez- nous!

Venez vous poser ou vous reposer dans notre appartement spacieux et cocoon, donnant sur les campagnes de Spy. Pour vous, nous l'avons décoré et équipé avec soin. Au coeur d'un endroit calme, il est néanmoins proche de l'autoroute et de grandes surfaces. Vous pourrez profiter de magnifiques promenades dans la campagne environnante, notamment dans les bois de la Grotte de Spy. Nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous accompagner pour rendre votre séjour le plus joyeux possible.

Facile d'accès depuis la gare, en centre ville près de toutes les attractions, avec un parking privatif gratuit . La splendide vallée de la Molignée se situe à 10 km , la France à 20 km, Namur à 25km. Le tout accessible en vélo grâce au Ravel qui passe devant la maison. Un vrai moment dans une des plus belle ville de Belgique.

One-bedroom apartment in charming mansion for 4 people. Separate bedroom with double bed (1m60) and sofa bed (1m40) for two people in living area. Recently a fully equiped new kitchenarea was installed (4-pit electric stove, fridge, microwave and sink). Bathroom with bathtub. Centrally and peacefully located; 7 min walk from big market, 5 min from cafes and restaurants, 3 min from "Sluispark", 1 min from supermarket and 15 min from Leuven station.

Our apartment is on the second floor of our house, situated at the border of a calm quarter (Matadi), built in the twenties of last century. It is a large space with a separate bathroom and and sleeping room. The living room with sofa and desk is on the south side of the studio, from where you can see the gardens behind the houses. The whole space is open and light.
