Waterfront holiday rentals in Namyangju-si

There are many restaurants nearby, and it was close to the station, so it was convenient. The accommodation was tidy, and above all, the host was kind, so it was nice. ><

John was an amazing host. The place has an amazing view and easy access to the subway. We had a great time in Seoul and John’s place was a big part of that experience.

Eden was super helpful throughout the stay, the instructions and guide made it clear on what to do so there was no confusion at all. Secondly, the location is super convenient, connected to the metro station made it easy to travel around Seoul. Most attractions and neighbourhoods were just a 30 minute metro ride away. The view is also great, with lot of natural sunlight. The only minor reminder would be to bring your own bigger towels! Eden provided more than enough hand towels but if you’re not used to it, you can bring your own bath towels for comfort. My partner and I adjusted fine. Overall, great stay!

I stayed because I had something to do in Hanam, and the transportation was good and it was easy to find. The apartment was tidy, and I was able to find it well because you texted me first to help me find the way.

Great private apartment in Gwangjin-gu. Host is very responsive, helpful and friendly. Apartment was nice and quiet and had a great view of the city from the window. Bathroom was clean and AC was cold. Plenty of amenities such as a kitchen and a washer that makes longer stays convenient.

Gladi's apartment was everything that we hoped for. First of all, the view on the river Han is amazing! Then, the fact that the apartment is located right on top of the Mapo subway station makes going anywhere in the city really easy. Access to the Incheon airport is also super easy. We would definitely use this apartment again if we went back to Seoul.

I used a lot of pensions first, but I can feel the thoughtful consideration of the accommodation for this trip. The host's instructions, etc., are friendly. There were 5 parking spaces available in the gate, and it was easy to unload luggage. After closing the gate, there was a large memorial tree. The garden fence is blocked from the outside, so it's completely 100 percent for privacy. The children were cozy, so it was good to run and play!!!!:) When the sound of the water flowing of a small creek right in front of you, it was friendly like a rural hometown, and it's good to play. There is also a barbecue and outdoor facilities in the building next door, and the outdoor kitchen facilities and home gas stove are installed separately. The rides are also very nice. The ping pong room is also very good. The living room karaoke is also awesome haha I'm going to use the movie theater!! There are 6 beds, and all the blankets and towels are clean, so I rested comfortably. The bathroom is also a hotel. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Overall, I was very satisfied. I will definitely visit again. I recommend it to a group of families ~ ~

Annie’s place is absolutely beautiful! It’s clear she has put a lot of thought and care into every detail—the personal touches really made it feel warm, inviting, and unique (IG worthy)! It felt less like a rental and more like a home. Thank you for creating such a special space!

It was so neat and pretty that I felt good throughout my stay.

I visited with a group of friends, and we had a barbecue party and a good time looking at the valley in front of us. It was useful because it was equipped with kitchen utensils, tools, and seasonings, and there were many refrigerators. I'd like to visit again next time. We highly recommend visiting in groups.

It was so good as an accommodation for a family of four. I was able to rest comfortably and spaciously with the children. It was nice to have a convenience store nearby. I liked that the bedding was clean. It was also nice to have a good accessibility to the surrounding streets and trees, so it was great to unpack, take a light walk, and have dinner.

Ju's place is beautifully decorated and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

The best advantage is that the checkout is at 2pm, so it's relaxing..! I was able to play until the evening of the day before, check in, play until late, sleep well, and check out, so it was so nice. The neighborhood feels like a residential area, so it's really quiet. It's on the first floor, so the noise is about the same as the people in the same building going out in the morning...? Other than that, it was really quiet and nice.

It is the best space where you can stay comfortably in Paju. It's especially nice to have a beer while listening to songs because there's a terrace! Bedding, towels, etc. are very clean, and there are all kinds of things that are not available. The best.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

What a fantastic place to stay at! We like staying at local places, away from tourist spots and this place felt right at home! the unit is super clean, lots of amenities, very close to bus and subway and overall just a great place. Luna is very very responsive since the first day we booked. She answered questions, provided recommendations, and was very accommodating. She also was very helpful in booking a van for us to head back to the airport as we ended up having more luggage! She made all the arrangements and paid with her own card first, then proceeded to charge us through Airbnb after. She went above and beyond as a host and we are extremely thankful! looking forward to booking this place on our next trip to Seoul!!!

Ingi’s place was a great place for exploring Seoul, its location near to multiple bus stops , we were never more than a 10 minute walk away from a bus stop we needed. Also had lot of good stores and restaurants nearby if you’re looking for something local. No more than 5 minutes away is a fairly big CU and some nice coffee shops / smaller restaurants. The apartment itself self was also great, looks so much bigger and more spacious than the photos , was a more than comfortable stay for 4 people. The rooftop also offers loverly views of Seoul, spent most nights up there enjoying the views. One thing I will say is the location is a bit hilly, if you’re are someone who struggles with walking or have health conditions it might be a bit of a struggle to walk around in the direct area. Apart from that fantastic place , will definitely look to book again if I return to Seoul.

I highly recommend staying at 숙희's place! I spent 4 months here and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The host responded extremely quickly- for instance when the battery on the door lock needed to be changed, she confirmed a time that would work for me and had it fixed within 5 hours. She also reached out with recommendations for local festivals and places to visit. The room was in great condition, with all the amenities I needed and great wifi. The washing machine worked well and I appreciated all the convenience. I would highly recommend this home for anyone who is looking to stay in Seoul!

Great place!This is the second time to stay and Eun's place is beautifully renovated and very well stocked with all sorts of life must-have.There are cu and gs25 convenience stores just a few steps away, and it is also very close to Hongdae business district.

Nice apartment, responsive host, responds quickly, allowed us to check in early for 3 hours. Recommended.

I can't say that the price is cheap, but it's right in front of the opposition party station, so the infrastructure is good, clean and comfortable.

First of all, the room is neat and clean as you see on the pictures. Jeongja-dong is a hidden gem-like area near Seoul. Since the atmosphere of day and night is different and there are quite a few good restaurants nearby, you can stay in a peaceful and warm atmosphere without moving far away.
