Independent accommodation with terrace and garden, on one level. Ideal for a break for two or with a young child, in the countryside, near the lake and mountains. You enter through the kitchen which is spacious and practical, with all the amenities you need. A space to drop off your belongings, a bedroom with a large round bed for two people, a desk and a large closet. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. Cool in summer and pleasantly heated in winter (wood pellets).

It is atypical in its design: it has a 50 m2 day area comprising a large living room with fully equipped kitchen open to a living room with corner sofa and a bathroom with toilet, and an independent night area accessible by the terrace spread over 2 levels with 2 night spaces and a bathroom

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool or hot tub as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults, no children. We also have another rental on the property for 2 people with its private spa and lake view, it is a small house, it is also on airbnb.
