Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Naniwa Ward

Very good value for money, walk to Nagahoribashi 450m, next door is 711, opposite direction Nipponbashi 800m, overall located near Shinsaibashi, very convenient.I live in Japan, and have stayed in many homestays, this homestay is highly recommended, and my friends go down to a and not much money, the focus is more comfortable than the hotel, and the facilities are fully equipped, and I can cook my own meals.🍳

Yoshiko's stay, SARAKU, has a neat and nice Japanese interior. Although it is not very spacious, it provides enough space for a family of three. The bedding is also very good and it is perfect for resting after a tiring trip. It is very close to the tourist attractions, but the surrounding area is quiet and safe, and the transportation is also very convenient. They provide good information on nearby transportation and attractions, and they provide separate instructions for the accommodation, so there is no inconvenience. The price may be a little higher than other places near this area. But considering the services provided, I think it is a reasonable price. I would like to book again if I visit Osaka next time.

Pros: Fantastic Location, Great price, good spaced, and clean! only thing is for light sleepers, might find some trouble sleeping with noise from the road. near a hospital too so ambulance sometimes late at night. however, ear plugs provided helped me to sleep better at night.

With the aminities provided, all you need to bring just your clothes. and the stay will make you fell like own house with all the useful aminities. Bonus for otakus out there, store like Animate/kotobukiya and other anime goods selling store are just few walks away. A nice place and many worth the price I would say. We really enjoyed staying here. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. We loved all the sliding doors onto the balcony which made it feel bright and spacious. It is in a busy area but being 12 stories up made it feel somewhat removed from all the activity below.

I liked it because it was close to the station.

I was worried because it was very cheap compared to the surrounding market price, but I walked a little from the station~ The accommodation was really cozy and clean~ There were 6 beds, so I was very satisfied for 5 people to stay~ The bedding and towels were in great condition, and there was even a washer and dryer, so it was highly usable. ~ I definitely recommend it if you're going with a big family.

Tadashi home is very cosy and convenient. It takes just 5 mins to walk from the train station. It can fit our group of 8 people. Very nice home with all equipment you need for your stay. Highly recommend this home if you travel to Osaka.

Asuka place is very cozy and as shown in the pictures. Bed were comfy, place was easy to find and instruction were clear. Highly recommended.

It was a trip with 5 friends. The structure of the house was very easy to write and the distance from the subway restaurant was good.

The building is new, and everything inside felt fresh and clean. The location is within walking distance to the station, although access to the building is via a small lane from the main road. It's a three-storey building that can comfortably accommodate eight people. Additionally, it's very close to convenience stores and grocery stores, making it convenient for shopping needs. Overall, a great place for a comfortable stay!

This is a great accommodation! We slept really well and enjoyed using the kitchen and some of the very modern appliances. We would definitely stay again.

Right next to a famous shrine. Short taxi drive to many locations, and walkable to metro stations too. Had a good stay. A few local restaurants to choose from nearby.

The stay is still very comfortable, close to the neighborhood, not near the street, very quiet, comfortable to live, very clean, there is a kettle and simple kitchen utensils, downstairs there is a washing machine and dryer, convenient, you can walk to the core area of Shinsaibashi

The instruction manuals for the indoor equipment are clear and thorough. I can see how much care the host has put into ensuring our comfort through all the thoughtful details. We’ll definitely book here again if we visit Osaka in the future!

Wonderful stay at Bi’s apartment. Very responsive & kind. We arrived late & he waited for us & helped with our luggage. Good location, easy to walk to the Dotonbori & close to Nippombashi & Namba stations. Sometimes there can be some slight noise from passing traffic but nothing a good pair of ear plugs won’t solve. Bi was always responsive & helpful with any queries. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Bi’s place again when we next visit Osaka.

The house is very well located, very close to the station and surrounded by food street.It is a room and room, as a foreigner, needs to adapt a little, but it also gave us an interesting experience.Well-equipped, sparkling clean, and the host thoughtfully prepared a wealth of linen and supplies.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Airbnb. The spacious living area and the beautiful hot tub were a highlight. The location was ideal for exploring the neighborhood and nearby attractions. On rainy days, my kids particularly enjoyed playing Mario Kart on the Nintendo Switch. We would definitely stay again!

Like the name of the area, it's a good place to live, and a place where you want to stay for a long time. Someday, if I lived or traveled for a long time, I always wanted to stay around Nagai Park. I took a vacation, and I finally came here with the courage. I was lucky to have this place, so I chose it. As for the accommodation, in fact, I thought it was OK without a washing machine, but it was so nice to have a TV, range, washing machine, and air conditioner. I don't have any complaints at all, so even if I want to use something full about the interior of the accommodation, there's nothing that comes to mind. The host was Osaka himself. He is a bright person who is energetic, has a lot of laughter, and he gets to know everyone quickly. I've never experienced eating with the property manager, but we ate together, had a small daily conversation, and it was a fun time. They always make sure you don't need anything or run out of anything. Even if the person who comes doesn't speak Japanese or English, there is an interpreter app, so they will help you in any way. I think it's really cool because I'm a host who says, "Foreign language is the word of other countries, so I can't be wrong, so even if I'm wrong, I don't get frustrated, I use it consistently and get used to it." Because of the schedule, I moved to Nagoya for a while now, but it was an area that I still remember so much that I wanted to go back right away, and it was a really satisfying accommodation. The people in the area are friendly and have a lot of laughter. It is a neighborhood where people smile when you are together, and it is always a quiet village, but it becomes a lively village on weekends or sports games.

Our experience here was fantastic! The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making it a real pleasure to experience living like a local Japanese in a condo, rather than a typical chain hotel. The location is unbeatable: you're just steps from the subway and a short walk from both Dotonbori Street and Kuromon Market. We had a truly wonderful stay in a highly convenient spot.
