In-Town Cottage - Walk to Shops & Restaurants!

Moongate Cottage, with quintessential Nantucket charm is walkable to downtown. Enter through the arched wooden gate in the mature hedges, to your private oasis with a quaint yard and brick patio. The cottage furnishes everything you need. From June to September, we have a 7-night minimum stay from Saturday to Saturday. Enjoy the large living room, spacious bedroom, updated kitchen and bathroom. The ambiance shows throughout with the modern beach chic decor. We do not allow pets at our cottage.

The home is a short bike ride to Millie's and Madaket Harbor and enjoy's easy access to Smith's Point for a day of fishing and swimming. With 3BR/2BA, a new outdoor shower, wraparound porch and decking, an updated kitchen and upstairs bathroom, a home office and workout space in the newly constructed outbuilding, you have everything you need for a memorable Nantucket vacation.

Refurbished in 2025, the unit combines Nantucket style with modern accents and upgrades. Minutes from Main St, walking distance to Steps Beach, and near free public transportation.
