Holiday rentals with beach access in Naousa

A very nice and spacious apartment with excellent facilities just a short strip from the centre of Paraikia.

From the minute I met the hosts at the ferry port I knew this vacation was going to be special! They are both so warm and welcoming and I now have new friends for life. The home was the ideal place that I dreamed of...it overlooks the Aegean Sea, just 10 minutes outside of the port city, close to a grocery market and numerous beaches. The sunset right from the porch or from the shore is heavenly and different every night. There's a path down the cliffside right to the water. The home itself is exactly as it appears in the description and the pictures. I absolutely plan to visit here again as this home is exactly the relaxing environment I was hoping for. I highly recommend it!

Centre was super close (a 10 minute walk), house has all the commodities listed. Really nice place :)

Such a beautiful view, so peaceful and private. There is a restaurant next door but. There is a divider between allowing you to still maintain privacy. I loved this space, perfect location. Host was responsive and very helpful! I would recommend!!!

Mousti’s place is clean, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped. He was an exceptionally responsive and helpful host, offering lots of tips and information. When a small issue arose with the AC unit, he went out of his way to resolve it. The apartment itself is great for a couple especially. It’s a quick walk to Naousa but there’s no pavement for most of the route so be advised that a car may be required if you’re with a small child, as we were. The back terrace of the apartment is a lovely setting for breakfast or dinner, and there’s a nice coffee shop a few minutes’ walk away (Afros Sips and Bites). All in all, a great experience. I feel so lucky to have found the perfect place to stay. The view was to die for overlooking the bay, the city center was an easy 5 minute walk to everything. I couldn’t have gotten a better place

One of our best stays easily. The view was breathtaking, and perfect for a 20 second walk to the beach for a morning swim. Having the kitchen outside was amazing, and had everything you needed for a quick breakfast. The bed was large and very comfortable. The restaurant had fresh delicious seafood. We highly recommend staying here!

Loved our stay! Place was clean, view were gorgeous and the bathroom was cool in that you could see out into the ocean while showering but people couldn't see in. Host was flexible and helpful! Would stay again. PS dont be alarmed going into a rental car place to check into the Airbnb. The Airbnb itself is not directly above and was quiet and peaceful for our stay.

Das Haus war schön geräumig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Aussenbereich war teilweise überdacht und es gab 2 Möglichkeiten, um es sich vor dem Haus im Schatten oder in der Sonne gemütlich zu machen. Die Küche war mit vielen Geräten und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Wohnzimmerbereich war sehr gemütlich. Die Eigentümerfamilie arbeitet und wohnt in den Gebäuden direkt nebenan. Das einzige, was wir im Nachhinein ein klein wenig nachteilig empfunden haben, war, dass wir auf unseren Motorroller angewiesen waren, weil wir uns ein wenig "in the middle of nowhere" empfunden haben. Um uns herum abgemähte Felder und vereinzelte Häuser. Naoussa und die nächsten Strände waren zwar nicht weit weg, dennoch waren wir auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen. Dank Michalis haben wir unseren Motorroller zu sehr guten Konditionen angemietet und unsere Lieblingstaverne Katsounas gefunden. Wen es nicht stört, dass er fußläufig nicht nah an einem Ort ist, der hat hier einen gute Standort,um Paros zu erkunden

I could not recommend this place more! Vivi was such a great and responsible host and greeted us with such enthusiasm. The place itself was beautiful; the pool overlooked the city, the beach was a 5 minute walk away and it was about a 10 minute walk into town. We adored this place, could not recommend it enough!

Best stay ever, the place felt like a hotel! The place was so nice and so clean, and had all the amenities. Location is just a 10 min walk to the main town and also next to the bus stop and a cute bakery. Katerina and her daughter were the kindest people ever & truly helped us with everything during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better host! Looking forward to hopefully coming back and staying at Katerina’s place. 10/10 recommend!

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν παραπάνω και από εξαιρετική. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας ήταν φιλικός, διακριτικός και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει. Αισθανθήκαμε σαν να είμασταν σπίτι μας.Το σπίτι ήταν υπέροχο. Πεντακάθαρο, προσεγμένο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο σε τοποθεσία δίπλα από την χώρα, με απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα, φοβερή θέα και ησυχία. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Ανυπομονούμε να το ξαναεπισκεφτούμε ξανά!!!

Elizabeth was a very kind host. Love all the little extras and it is very obvious she wants her guests to enjoy their time and be happy. Love all the extras like coffee and fruit, etc and it was enjoyable to chat with her a bit. Her place is in a great location that is close to port and tiny streets and very quiet. The patio was a treat - and great place to have a meal and enjoy the sunset. Very clean. Cute decor. Comfortable bed. A whole page of suggestions for meals and activities. Would highly recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

Harry and Eliza were the most amazing hosts! They were always responsive, provided a super helpful guide for the island and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. The unit was great - it’s in a perfect spot, close to Naoussa and everything to do there, but also tucked away in a quiet area that is next to Piperi Beach if you want a break from the hustle and bustle. There is also a bus stop right down the street, making it easy to get around to other parts of the island. I highly recommend staying here!

We had an incredible stay in Naxos because of Angelos and Mike’s amazing home and hospitality. The home itself is absolutely stunning and an oasis, however what made our experience so wonderful was how helpful and generous the owner are with their time with everything including arranging transportation from the port, showing us around, getting groceries and food, and making sure we were taken care of. The home is at the top of a hill with an amazing view. There are beaches very close by and restaurants, and grocery stores within 20 minute walking distance. We decided not to rent a car and had to do a healthy walk uphill when we were coming back from the beach or dinner which we didn’t mind and Angelos was incredibly helpful, if needed. Overall this was one of the best air bnb experiences and I recommend it 100% for a relaxing and beautiful stay in Naxos

We stayed in one of the private villas apart of the hotel. Our villa was stunning and perfectly spacious for the 8 of us. We loved being right on the water in a quieter area right outside of Naousa, but still close enough that we could walk to explore the restaurants and shops. Everyone was so helpful and kind throughout our stay, we will definitely come to stay here again if we ever make our way back to Paros!

This apt is very central and easily walkable to the port, main streets, parking lots, supermarkets, restaurants, and even two beaches in town. The apt has a great private balcony overlooking everything and we spent some time people watching below and looking out at the ocean. Great location!! Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive.

Anthi is wonderful. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and unfortunately fell very ill, Anthi made it easy to extend our time and made us feel very supported ❤️ the view is incredible and location from the harbour really easy after getting of the ferry. She was ready to meet us on arrival with a cold drink. The sunset from Anthis place is next level, the photos do not do the space justice. We could have done our whole holiday here easily!

we were blown away by Maria's super cute friendly mom who welcomed us and how much extra was provided, our bedding and pillows were great ...best place I have stayed in past 45 years I have travelled to Greece

The airbnb was perfectly located! Super close to town (walking distance) but far enough where we don’t hear the noise and close to the bus station! What made this airbnb so amazing was Kalliopi and her mother, who greeted us with open arms and with homemade cake! It really felt like we were at home. The only thing is that the wifi did not reach our room, other than that I would definitely recommend Kalliopi’s place to anyone who travels to Naoussa!

Easy walking distance to the city center, but with some cushion from the business and noise. Incredible view of the bay from the balcony. The apt itself is tastefully, minimally appointed, and everything is very high quality. Hard to overstate the value of this apt.

Artemis and her father were really lovely hosts. The apartment was very beautifully presented and had everything we needed, and she shared great recommendations. And good beaches nearby!
