Renovated 150 m2 house with garden and private 5m x 3m saltwater pool, right in downtown Narbonne. All rooms in the house are air-conditioned by a ductless air conditioner. Parking is free on the street. On the ground floor, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, toilet, and master suite with shower room, 160 bed. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms (2 with 140 bed and 1 with 160 bed + 1 bed 1 pers. 1.88 m x 80) and a shower room + toilet. Bed linen & towels not included.
