This modest home has been completely renovated on both levels, in a cocooning spirit, from the garden (with plancha/sheltered poolside aperitif area) to the 3 attic bedrooms. 5 minutes from Laguiole, Le Buron de Terres Rouges, restored by us in 2019 with taste mixing old and modern, welcomes you in a unique and emblematic place with breathtaking landscape. Fully equipped kitchen, fireplace with insert, seating area in a vault with TV. 2 queen-size bedrooms, cot can be added. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, separate toilet. The buron is 400 m from the road, accessible by car.

Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette).
