Complete bathroom and kitchen with everything you need, fridge with freezer compartment, oven with microwave function, coffee maker etc. Bedroom with double bunk beds, 3 90 cm beds and 1 120 cm bed. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Kitchen towel, toilet paper and coffee filter are included. Access to electric car chargers is available for a fee. NOTE: some renovation remains inside and outside, hence the low price.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Stugan är designad för en rogivande vistelse nära naturen och den idylliska skärgårdsmiljön, oavsett vilken årstid det är.
