Newly-renovated guest house from the turn of the century in a lush garden. Step into a newly-renovated interior. Complete bathroom and kitchen with everything you need, fridge with freezer compartment, oven with microwave function, coffee maker etc. Bedroom with double bunk beds, 3 90 cm beds and 1 120 cm bed. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Kitchen towel, toilet paper and coffee filter are included. Access to electric car chargers is available for a fee. NOTE: some renovation remains inside and outside, hence the low price.

The house is directly adjacent to a cozy and child-friendly swimming cove with docks and a sandy beach. Start the day with a morning swim. Have breakfast in the garden. Enjoy the sea view and the birds chirping. Maybe a ride in the kayak. And end the day in the hot tub after a barbecue on the balcony. If you want to combine with the city life in Gothenburg, you can drive there in 15 minutes. Even closer to large shopping centers. Here you can experience Gothenburg's unique archipelago while having access to Gothenburg's other offerings.

The house has panoramic windows for constant enjoyment of the fantastic lake view. Whether you're cooking dinner in the well-equipped kitchen, grilling on the jetty deck, relaxing in the sauna or resting in the cozy living room, the view is always with you. Big house with pool, jacuzzi, close to the sea

Enjoy the closeness to the sea, the nature and the city of Gothenburg (and Swedens oldest golf course)! Beautiful and charming but modern house with a lovely location; 300 m from the sea and with no close neighbours. A big terrass behind the house, close to a big field. Pool (4x9 m), available May-August (maybe September) and a jacuzzi with room for 7 people. A nice balcony where you can enjoy the evening sun and the silence. Don't hesitate to ask about other dates than the available ones!

Charming Oasis in the heart of central Gothenburg

Njut av en lyxig och rymlig lägenhet på 110 kvm på översta våningen i en av Göteborgs mest centrala privata villor. Nyrenoverad och omgiven av grönska och en rymlig trädgård. Just nu, våren 2026, har en häck planterat runt delar av tomten. Tre dubbelsängar, på loftet står de särade, fullt utrustat kök, öppen spis, 65-tums TV och en hemtrevlig atmosfär. Takhöjden på sovloftet är ca 190 cm. Gångavstånd till shopping, Liseberg, Scandinavium, Avenyn etc. Caféer och restauranger i nära.

Wake up with a fantastic view of Gothenburg's southern archipelago. ......A family-friendly paradise with nature present in all weather conditions. Knarrholmen is a car-free island with several nice swimming areas, both with a sandy beach, a bathing jetty and a cliff jump. You can only get there by ferry or your own boat. Knarrholmen can offer both paddle track, outdoor gym, sauna and nice walking paths. There is also a very nice restaurant on the island.

There is a grocery store, mini golf, playground & pizzeria in the area. Central Gothenburg can be reached by bus in about 25 minutes (10 km). Landvetter Airport by car about 30 minutes (24 km).

This lovely 130 sqm house is located in a calm yet central location, close to parks, bars, restaurants, shops, a playground, the archipelago, a kids' swimming pool and the city centre. Short tram trips take you to the citycentre/archipelago and Slottskogen is a 5 minute walk away. Loud music/partying in the house or in the garden is not allowed.

The house is suitable for families. The main-floor is aviable for air bnb-guest. It has 6 beds and babybed in totally 3 bedrooms. Wifi is aviable. The house is cloose to he sea and close to "Välens idrottsplats" where lots of Gothia Cup-matches are played. The center of Gothemburg you can reach in 20 minutes by bus.
