Master bedroom features a cashmere topped California king bed. The property has so many amenities starting with a very large pool, lighted at night. A dock on the river to enjoy the views. Access to kayaks on premises. There’s a private clothing optional area/deck with a massage table , hot tub and loungers. We recently added a fire pit.

Sleeping arrangements can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and provides the perfect getaway, family vacation, office retreat or just time away from the daily grind. The outdoor area is a tropical oasis where you can relax/unwind. Backyard includes a large pool, connected hot tub, fire pit, large covered porch and ample outdoor seating. Please note that we do NOT allow parties.

Cozy home located in a quite and safe neighborhood. 3 1/2 miles from the beach, 1 mile to the Mayo clinic, 5 miles to the Town Center, 1 1/2 miles to a marina and 1 mile to a state preserve with access to the intracoastal water ways. Walking distance to a park with tennis courts and playground for children. Adventure Landing waterpark is 2.5 miles away. 1 mile walking distance to stores and restaurants.
