Family-friendly holiday rentals in Nassau County

It was a beautiful place and we had an an amazing week. It Had everything there that we Needed. Only suggestion I would make would Be to supply a beach umbrella . I. Would definitely have recommend staying here.

Had a great stay at ocean park! The location is unbeatable--it is the closest possible you can be to the beach from this building and on the same floor as the pool. The garage parking was very convenient to have and has a few beach toys/chairs/wagon provided which came in handy. The unit was clean and spacious with nice high-end appliances and cooking supplies. The kids had fun playing with some of the toys and games provided. The bath towels were super soft (so much so that it was worth calling out.) Highly recommended!

We love this building, its view, the amenities and this condo. Spacious and clean. Super happy with the cable package for watching sports. Beach towels and wagon were super helpful.

We enjoyed the home and pool! The house was exactly like the photos. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped! There were plenty of linens, including pool towels. The host was always quick to reply and always polite. We would stay here again!

Great stay for me and 6 friends. The directions to the gate were spot on and really helped us get there. Some followed the address of the condo and that did not work well. It was clean and we had plenty of room for the 7 of us. Beds were comfortable and we had all we needed to make our coffee and breakfast before we were out the door. Unit is on the second floor and elevator was great! The unit has 3 floors, so for some that was tough on old knees but we knew that going in! Beach was just a walk away! Gopher tortoises and bunny rabbits were an added treat! Great Stay! Thanks!

Great condo right on the beach. Clean, comfortable. Internet and TV were flawless. We tried to get it another week but it was already booked! We'll stay there again. Pat Rhyner

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed to feel at home. This was our second time staying at one of Brigid’s beach condos, and she is such a kind and accommodating host.

We had the best stay! This was a week-long family vacation (2 adults and 5 kids) at the end of May into the first week of June. The condo is very comfortable. The layout was great for us with a spacious kitchen/living area, two kids’ bedrooms (one of our girls used one of the trundles) with a bathroom nearby, and a suite for my husband and me. The suite also has a huge closet. The walk to the beach was an easy stroll across a fairly quiet street, and adorable downtown Fernandina Beach was a quick drive away (5ish minutes). Surroundings were very peaceful with the state park in the backyard. It is a clean, quiet complex overall. We loved the pool and the views from the balcony! The condo was well stocked, but if you have little ones, you might want to bring non-breakable plates and cups. Patty was a great host and quickly answered questions. We very much appreciated being able to have this space as our home away from home! Amelia Island is such a special place and we hope to return!

this place felt right at home. this place had everything that we needed. we didn't have to spend much money because it literally had everything that we needed 😆. I recommend this place to everyone who loves a great and safe location for you and your family.

Great location, beach is only a 3 minute walk from property. Very clean, host is very communicative and accommodating! We had a great stay while in town for a wedding.

Our entire week was perfect! Shastri was kind to us as our schedule changed and I had to move my date staying at his place. The instructions that were sent are clear and they give you everything that you need to know! The view from his place was amazing! Needed a peaceful getaway with family and this was the right spot! I would not hesitate going back again. Great host, great spot and beautiful location!

I had a great stay at Mateus’s place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was smooth, and Mateus was responsive and helpful throughout my stay.I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

This condo is an absolute gem and the hosts are simply wonderful. The location is incredible, quiet and peaceful and the unit is very spacious for a 2/2. The small courtyard grass area is such a wonderful area, especially with children. Max and Sara were extremely responsive and literally have everything you could possibly need at this unit. I will only stay here when visiting Jax beach for now on. Thank you Max and Sara for the wonderful trip!

This place was a perfect place to stay by Jax beach. We were able to walk to restaurants and they even offered us bikes. They were super friendly and made sure we had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again. Very nice neighborhood. We had a very nice weekend getaway.

Great place for the price. Right next to the beach access. She left a cute snack tray for the kids. Plus she had beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys available. Also had a basket of baby toys and board games.

We had a wonderful stay at Jan’s place! Super relaxing. Everything was easily accessible. Great food. Everyone in the island was so friendly! Everything we could have possibly needed was available at the condo. Master bed was very comfy. Really appreciated the kitchen appliances and access to beach chairs. The state parks offer biking, hiking, kayaking and my husband got to practice his surfing skills right in front of the condo. Pool was always perfect too. Jan was friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. Probably our favorite Florida beach vacation in 14 years.

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

Our stay at this beachfront condo was nothing short of perfect! The ocean views are stunning, and the location next to the Ritz-Carlton is unbeatable. The condo is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying our mornings on the balcony. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful, providing everything from beach gear to local tips. We can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

This well-equipped two bedroom, two bathroom condo is clean, convenient, and comfortable. We loved the setup with independent bed and bath areas for guests and a roomy living/dining room. Very nice screened porch and community pool and great location within walking distance of the beach. Hosts were friendly and very responsive to questions. Attractive beach-themed decor was relaxing.

This was absolutely perfect for us, we loved the short walk to the beach, and lack of heavy traffic was a bonus. The owner was very responsive and the place is as advertised. The community pool (not heated) was practically in the back yard of this unit. We had never been to Amelia and loved the area!

Beautiful location with great views. Clean, nice condo. Hosts were excellent at communicating about entering the gate and door codes. Condo was well equipped, furniture could be updated and new cushions on the balcony. Otherwise we had a great stay. love the location!
