The place was terrific and the Vacas team was amazing to work with. It all was just easy and described perfectly. I would highly recommend this for a relaxing easy vacation.

Lovely unit with beautiful ocean views from master bedroom and balcony, where we spent most evenings after a walk on the beach. Literally steps to the ocean! Clean, comfortably and attractively furnished, even better than the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with basics. Good communication by Vacasa Florida. The unit’s building was a little hard to find at first but it’s located among tree lined streets in a quiet, charming area. We would highly recommend and won’t hesitate to rebook when in the area. Great experience!

This was absolutely perfect for us, we loved the short walk to the beach, and lack of heavy traffic was a bonus. The owner was very responsive and the place is as advertised. The community pool (not heated) was practically in the back yard of this unit. We had never been to Amelia and loved the area!

We had a wonderful stay at Sailmaker celebrating our wedding on the island. You can’t beat the view of the ocean from the balcony - we even saw dolphins one morning! The rental was spacious enough for the whole family & the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Note that no beach towels or beach accessories are provided but there are places on the island to rent or purchase.

I love this place, second trip through the area. Always try to stay here. Peaceful. Sunsets on the marshwalk across the street are a gift. St. Mary’s is a unique spot on the southern east coast.

A beautiful home. Three bedrooms with 4 baths. Couldn’t be better than that. We enjoyed the condo so much and loved the location. Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need. You will not regret booking this. If I go to this area again, I will book this condo every time. Great hosts and very fast response to all my questions.

We had a wonderful time, I would recommend this place to friends and family. The view was wonderful and right off of the beach. We will stay here on our next visit!

Great location and quiet place. Very peaceful. Our family loved it. Very well appointed kitchen and loving room. Lots of extra silverware and dining ware - which was great for family meals since we had 2 units.

We had a fantastic time during our stay. I spent alot of time on the screened in porch. It was perfect during the evening thunderstorms. The private walkway to the pool with all the shade trees is beautiful. We had the pool to ourselves the whole time. Easy access to the beach and we saw a family of tortoises and a family of bunnies that live by the beach access boardwalk! So worth it!! We will definitely be back!!

I would definitely stay here again. The townhouse was clean and accommodating. The decor was spot on 🤌🏼. It was very convenient as far as restaurants, shopping, and beach. Mark was super proactive, letting us know things before we arrived.

Very nice accommodations. We awakened to gorgeous sunrises and were lulled to sleep by ocean waves. The location was very convenient with only short drives to numerous restaurants and activities. One Golf course was 1/4 mile away. Condo offered everything we needed including beach toys, towels, chairs and medium size umbrella. The condo has 3 levels with stairs for each level. There were 5 adults in our party and we had plenty of space. It has a covered car area and room in the drive way for 3 vehicles. It’s Situated on a small quiet street with 2 entrances from the main road. All in all, the condo was a very clean, quiet and comfortable stay. It’s only a short walk to the beach via a well kept wooden walkway over a lovely dune. This beach area is a shell seekers paradise.

My husband and I were in town for a memorial service, and Jessica and Lou's property was the perfect place for us to converge and spend time with family members we don't get to see very often. The place was immaculate, the hosts' response time extremely quick, and the location could not have been better. They even went as far as providing us with something the house didn't already have (those who need the sound of a box fan to sleep well should be quite pleased). Anyone looking for a lovely, peaceful home just a few steps from the beach shouldn't hesitate to book Jessica and Lou's place.

Place was well decorated with essentially all the amenities. The kitchen appliances were all new although sometimes confusing for us seniors. Fortunately, I have the same TVs. Well located two blocks from the beach. While you can walk to the beach, best to have a car to get to the many restaurants and other attractions that are not walking distance (although there is a great restaurant across the street). I would definitely stay there again.

5 minute walk to the beach?? Say less. This was an absolutely amazing place to spend the week welcoming our son home from an 8 month deployment. It was peaceful, relaxing, away from traffic. You can walk to several restaurants that are delicious and wonderful service. The beach is right there. Every thing was just as described. Loved the big oversized couch that made piling up and watching tv perfect. Will absolutely stay again when coming back to Jax.

Perfect beach house for our little family stay in Jax Beach. Well equipped with everything we could ever need including baby gates for the stairs. Super close to the beach and stocked with all beach essentials. Overall, we loved our stay here. The place was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. We would definitely stay here again!

We cannot say enough great things about Sara’s listing! From the amazing entryway filed with beautiful ferns and flowers to the private fenced in back yard under the oaks- everything was peaceful and serene. The inside was phenomenal too and the most comfortable mattresses ever! The area surrounding the listing is quiet and perfectly located to the naval base as well as food and other amenities. Should we visit our Coastie again in Jax, we will 100% see if this listing is available. We highly recommend this place and hostess Sara was extremely responsive and accommodating! We give it 5 stars all the way around!

The place was just as described and perfect for a beach vacation. Only a couple short blocks to the beach and a wonderful condo. Tanya was a great host and quick to communicate and answer questions.

The location of this rental for our young family was unbeatable. The beach gear provided was so nice, it allowed us to pack less in our car and still have plenty for our kids to do at the ocean. The host were attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

Great place! Two second walk to the beach. It was the perfect place to stay after a concert at the VyStar arena (only 30min away). The house was clean, cozy, and just what we needed for our weekend get away!!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. Jeff was very communicative. The house matched the description and photos. Everything was very clean and well thought out. The location was perfect and close to the beach. They provided everything you could need for a beach trip. I would come back here again, without a doubt.

We had a great stay at Sally’s place! The walk to the beach was easy, just one block! It was also a super short drive from anywhere else we wanted to go. The place was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable which is always a plus! We hope to be back soon 🙂

This townhome was modern, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days at the beach. Beautifully appointed and comfy beds, great amenities, personal touches - they thought of everything. Only a couple blocks walk from the “quieter” end of the beach, but still only a walk to restaurants and close to downtown. Streets weren’t busy. Beach chairs, towels, toys, even transport to make it easy. Beautiful beach, enjoyed early morning wanders and searching for sharks teeth. We hope to be back and highly recommend!
