Place was nice. It had parking in the street. Flexible check in, quiet and lovely. Room was clean and peaceful. It had everything I needed for a perfect stay.

My stay at this Airbnb can best be described as an unexpected visit with family. Benjamin, who is the young host with at the very least charitable, and at the very most professional in his dealings. He was very accommodating and extremely responsive when I messaged him about anything that I needed the accommodations exceeded my expectations with a large, comfortable bed television, fast Wi-Fi and a nice, hot shower with great water pressure! Well, that was just the introduction, Benjamin‘s parents were a revelation! His mother is a kind, God-fearing woman who was very warm and interesting person with whom to speak. His father is a wonderful, soft spoken man and so very accommodating who made me feel very comfortable while I was in their space. All in all, it felt as if I dropped in on family that I hadn’t visited in a while. This was literally my first visit to New York in my entire life, and I have to say that the hospitality of this family definitely made the visit worthwhile!

Nice place for short stay

Amazing spot in Asbury. Super walkable to restaurants, shops & the boardwalk! The place was clean & very easy to access. Brooke quickly responded & was so nice. We had such a great time, would definitely recommend!

Wilber is a terrific host! The place was clean, tidy and had everything I could need. It was both private and accessible. Wilber was friendly and open and I felt welcomed. I would recommend this as a perfect layover if you are traveling or working in the area. Thank you for a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home! The house was bright, clean, and full of positive energy. One of the highlights was the beautiful deck right on the canal – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Inside, everything was thoughtfully arranged, with clear notes and instructions that made our stay smooth and easy. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. Overall, it was a perfect home base, and we’d happily return. Highly recommended!

Ana was a great host, firstly the apartment smelled AMAZING and it was nice and cool, she had toiletries laid out and the bed was comfortable. The ambiance of the apartment was very welcoming and homey. Will definitely be back, thank you for the hosting.

John was indeed a “super host”! He had anything you needed in the apt and if you needed something else, you just had to message him and he’d attend to it immediately! The place was furnished comfortably, bedding, towels, and fully equipped kitchen. Even I who has a disabled foot, was able to access the very stairs leading to the entrance. He was so kind to let us use a closer parking spot! One suggestion, a grab bar in the shower would be extremely helpful. Looking forward to a future stay. Thanks again John!

It was the perfect size for a short stay, with everything I needed to feel comfortable. The location was ideal—quiet but close to the beach and local spots. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat at the shore.

Benjamin's place is all you expect and more. It is clean, roomy, comfortable, and quiet. My family is all about comfortable temperatures and the AC makes each room feel great. If you are sitting on the deck, off the kitchen, there is a breeze with pretty sunrises and sunsets. Ben was a thoughtful host! I reached out with one simple question and before we knew it we had items delivered to the door - for our family and our dog! It was a delightful and welcoming touch. The cottage is so comfortable with fabulous bedding, a fantastic Jacuzzi tub, a fully stocked kitchen, and a full coffee and tea bar! Such a generous amenity. I highly recommend Benjamin's cottage.

Honestly, just read the other 35+ Five Star Reviews. They are completely accurate. Michael was a great communicator, place was spotless, bed was comfy. We love Asbury Park and will definitely stay here again.

We loved the view out to the lake, which was different every day and throughout the day. The open layout of the house is great to enjoy the views, and if the weather is nice, there are great sitting areas outside as well. The house is well-stocked and cozy. The hosts are friendly and always responsive. There are also great parks to visit nearby. We had a great winter weekend and would love to stay again.

This tiny, cozy space was exactly what we needed for an overnight place to relax and sleep, with a kitchen for us to make our coffee in the morning. We also felt we would have been quite comfortable there if we had needed to stay for a few days. The host was kind, responsive, friendly, respectful, and genuine. We will definitely stay here again. And the view! Gorgeous.
