I loved our stay, we felt at home, the location is perfect, close to everything and it is on a quiet street. The flat accommodates 4 guests very well, it has everything you need for a good stay. Clean and organized environment, well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room and bedroom with air conditioning and TV, the bathroom is great. It has a balcony with a clothesline and a washing machine. The view from the 3rd floor is wonderful for enjoying the Ponta Negra beach and the Morro do Careca. Nubia was very attentive to us. I highly recommend the stay.

Beautiful apartment located in a safe and quiet street despite its proximity to the various clubs and shops in the area. It's very quiet at night. There is no concierge. Great experience. I had a great time. I only had a few difficulties during check-in and check-out, which made me lose valuable time.

The stay with Fátima was amazing. The space is very spacious, super organized and close to the beach, which made all the difference. Everything was very clean and equipped with all the necessary utensils. Fátima is extremely proactive and kind, always willing to help with whatever is needed. An important point: it allows up to two small dogs, which was great for me. I will definitely be back more often. Would highly recommend!

Incredible place, it really has everything you need to be comfortable. Very clean kitchen, bathroom and rooms. I went with my partner to do telework, the internet worked well for us. You are well located, you have fairs and other things to visit nearby, the beach is about 5 minutes walk. I would definitely return to this accommodation
