The stay in Mayana's apartment was perfect. Everything impeccable and Mrs. Ester a love of person, quiet and well located condominium with large nearby markets. I hope I go more often to the RN!!!

The stay was excellent, Cláudia always attentive to solve any issue that appeared, beautiful and organized, including, the hostess offered to carry out the cleaning at no extra cost, which really exceeded my expectations.

the apartment DOES NOT MATCH the ad(laughs), reason: for the photos is an area and then you arrive and you find a beautiful, comfortable, clean and nice AP. The check in was a bit complicated, but it was all the fault of the hotel reception, they said I didn't have the reservation, the names were different from ours, I arrived very late almost midnight and had to bother the host by calling late(although he did not answer kk) and it was just a mistake of communication from the same hotel, other than all this exceeded my expectations. It accommodates the 6 people well, has a lattice, a balcony with a very pleasant table, two pools being one near the reception and the other in a living space together with the Barramares condominium, 3 blocks, super wooded, the dishes can turn, there is no Airfryer but the rest of it, it was without drinking water. Finally this experience exceeded my expectations and I recommend it to everyone, I hope to come back soon!!

It was the first experience on Airbnb. Only compliments the apt of Marco is wonderful I felt at home. Pleasant environment, comfortable beds, clean and had all the utensils. Pe in the sand and we also had access to the condo that is glued with a building that is a cute one.

Property delivers what it promises. Very clean and organized. New and cozy. It's on the second floor (2 flights of stairs). Complete, ideal for those who prefer to prepare their own meals (it even has a pressure cooker - lol). Family atmosphere, quiet and with a complete leisure area. Close to shops and restaurants. Carlos, the host, welcomed us very well on site and answered all the questions we had, with great agility and attention. I recommend the place!!

Very good apartment and good location. Close to good restaurants and bars like Pinga Fogo, Camarões, Curió, Ô bar. I intend to return.

Great stay. Easy place to access Beaches of the South and North as well as the Praia de Ponta Negra itself (which we do not enjoy ... we prefer to move to the most peaceful Southern as the North). It is interesting to program a car or apps for qq locomotion/access. The advertisement fulfills what it promises and the cost X benefit is great. The hostess is helpful and always with prompt response. Full apto, clean, airy, without the smell of mold, 02 full bathrooms, great and covered garage, new air conditioning (02) and functioning perfectly beyond the fans for those who do not like air conditioning (my case in specific) TEN NOTE

Great cost-benefit, the home matches the photos. Location is good, overlooking the beach with black tip and Morro do Bald. Entrance is self check-in, space was clean and organized. Furniture and kitchen utensils are a bit old, but they cater well!

Isa is a unique host! It makes it easy in every way for a peaceful and pleasant stay. The apartment very well decorated, makes us feel at home! Communication with Isa and his mother is immensely facilitated and all things are very clear. The apartment is way beyond what the pictures show. Super recommend! The place is super cozy and close to everything!! A jump from the beach. We were very well received by the amphritrians and well educated! It's definitely a place we'd be back! All amazing.

The apartment is comfortable and well worth the cost. It is really on the beach, with a privileged location. It is located near bars, restaurants, grocery stores, bakery, etc. Day and night, the location is quiet. They can rent without fear.
