The renter will have easy access to everything they need at this property, which is in an excellent location close to Ponta Negra beach. It has an air-conditioned suite and a bathroom with a hot shower, and it is a luxurious house with a swimming pool and a gourmet area. There is a lot of peace and quiet in our house, and tourists are very welcome! We have a fully equipped kitchen and a utility area for laundry, etc. You'll share the stay with us. We are a couple with a daughter (Family). Since we only have a single bed, we booked for one person.
