This turn of the century rare two car garage is now a very well appointed studio apartment. It's open but defined spaces leave you feeling relaxed while works great as a base camp for your explorations of Albuquerque and beyond. It comes with a cozy yet high-end kitchen. Great location near the zoo, Tingley Beach (hiking and biking trails near the river), and just blocks from downtown. Off street private parking and private patio area with a Jacuzzi hot tub! Perfect for relaxation.
