In the middle of Utö with walking distance to beaches and amazing nature is this little gem. Perfect for those who want to have peace and stay in the middle of nature. The house is perfect for two people but works with, for example, 2 adults and 2 children. Just a few minutes' walk to the sea. There are several excellent hiking trails on Utö. A map is available in the house. "The community" The mine is about 4 km away where several restaurants, grocery store, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga pier. To keep in mind. A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpses from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is located 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycle can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. Welcome to our modern tiny cabin in Tungelsta – just 30 minutes from Stockholm. Here, you'll stay next to the forest, with easy access to the Sörmlandsleden trail and beautiful hiking paths. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. It is all private and not shared with others. A cozy holiday retreat for couples, small families or friends – in any season.

Welcome to our cottage with a unique location on a lake plot in cozy Gladö Kvarn. We are surrounded by large nature reserves, but only 10 minutes by car, 20 minutes by bus to Huddinge C. Large terrace with lake views. Private seating by the lake. The house has a living room, kitchen, sleeping loft, shower, washing machine. Towels and sheets are available and included in the price. 500 meters to the bus that goes to Huddinge C and commuter train into Stockholm C, 15 minutes.

Sjönära stuga på 40 kvm med fönster ut mot havet och bryggan. Veranda med utemöbler. Golvvärme i hela huset och även braskamin i vardagsrummet.
