It is a detached villa (full rental) very close to Madrid (in a residential development on the outskirts of Móstoles). Despite its proximity to the capital, it is located in the enclave of the middle course of the Guadarrama River, in a privileged environment with many hiking trails/greenways. It is a very quiet residential development, which feels like being in a rural area, so parties are not allowed at night. An ideal place to disconnect just steps from Madrid.

"La Margarita" is a charming, very cozy house, built on an old stone barn completely renovated with noble materials. It has a jacuzzi, fireplace, wifi and a small private garden with barbecue. Very close to a swamp and large pine forests: hiking, mountain biking, horse or donkey riding, mushroom picking. Ideal for romantic getaways, relaxing or enjoying as a family.

La Without

La Bila was built in 1947, in a stone house colony. Its interior is completely renovated. It has a spectacular swimming pool for the summer and a garden to enjoy at all times of the year. The plot is completely fenced and away from the road, it is very quiet. Thanks to its isolation, both in summer and winter the interior temperature is very pleasant. The kitchen is well-equipped in terms of kitchenware and utensils, and its spaciousness is also noteworthy.

Enjoy the Sierra de Madrid in our beautiful stone house surrounded by greenery. You'll wake up every morning to an incredible garden with fruit trees and flowers, and you can have breakfast on a large terrace overlooking the mountain. Details such as the spiral staircase or the stone arches make our house a special and different place. The pool is super refreshing during these months and has night lighting so you can enjoy a swim under the stars.

Alsaudade. Peace and quiet very close to Toledo

Alsaudade is half an hour from Toledo and the Puy du Fou theme park by car. On the lower floor, it has two bedrooms and a bathroom and on the upper floor a suite with a bathroom included. There are also two extra single beds that allow up to 8 guests to be accommodated. The extra beds can be used, even if there are six or fewer guests. We also have a playpen-crib for babies. The house has a backyard with a barbecue where we put a pool in summer.
