Our accommodation is located 90 km from Madrid, very close to Ávila and Segovia, and in a very beautiful natural setting. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet, an open kitchen that overlooks the dining room and living room. All distributed on two floors. The Swamp House

The house is located on the banks of the Burguillo swamp with 3000 m2 of private land where you will find a large garden with a pool, barbecue and terrace with spectacular views of the swamp. Everything around it is the Iruelas Valley Nature Reserve, so it is a natural, isolated and quiet environment. Water sports, hiking trails, biking, horseback riding, mushroom picking, chestnuts... The area offers you a taste of the cuisine that is characterized by its rich meats and vegetables.

It consists of a large living room/dining room/kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, arranged on a single floor without a slope (the space on the lower floor is not rented). Located in the La Tijera area, on a 7000m2 plot of forest on the mountainside with spectacular views of the Tietar Valley. Old area of terraced olive groves today populated with oaks, chestnuts and strawberry trees.

Old stone barn completely renovated. We have respected its rustic spirit by integrating it with a modern architectural design intervention and warm decoration. Take the opportunity to stay in a unique space and environment. Idyllic setting to disconnect from the city in a small village that is secluded but very close to the monumental town of Pedraza, which is a 3 km walk away. There are numerous hiking, cycling, and other activity trails in the surrounding area.

Bienvenidos a nuestra casa en El Espinar, entre Ávila, Segovia y Madrid, y muy cerca de los paisajes más bonitos de la Sierra Norte. Recién reformada, es un lugar cómodo y tranquilo, ideal para teletrabajar, pasar unas vacaciones o simplemente desconectar unos días. Cuenta con barbacoa de gran capacidad, paellero a gas, jacuzzi, piscina, wifi de alta velocidad, zona de trabajo, smart TV en salón y dormitorio, chillout con sofá y tumbonas.
