Jennifer was awesome and her place was great. Convenient access to the free streetcar which gave us a jumping off point for all the other great stuff in DC. Would definitely stay again! Jennifer was friendly, helpful and super responsive. Could not find a better hostess anywhere.

Candice's place was in the perfect spot! Close to the Metro and super easy to get to the Capital area and Eastern Market. This was a nice neighborhood too! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to feel comfortable (the swivel fan was a life-saver since we visited in the middle of a heat wave ☀️) We felt right at home here and all instructions were very clear, simple, and easy to understand.

This space was perfect for what I was looking for. Very easy to locate, extremely clean and the host was very responsive. Recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay. Would definitely rebook if I’m back in the area. Thank you again!

We loved our stay at the Gingko House. We were only there for one night for a nearby event, but the home was comfortable and extremely convenient to our venue as well as many other locations. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Andrea was very quick to respond to messages and even quickly helped out with a parking pass right before we left home. We would definitely come back and also recommend to family and friends.

This is a fantastic place to stay if you're going to the Nationals Park - it's right across the street and has convenient restaurants as well. The place was clean and well laid out and exactly what we needed for a quick stay.

We came down for a music festival at RFK stadium. this was perfect for two adult couples. the bathroom is very big with a spa style grand shower. there is a small kitchen area and two bedrooms. the concept is open so if you need private bedrooms you might not like this setup. for us it was great. the unit was the perfect size, easy to find, has a secure parking spot off the street and is a good value. its near metro. numerous places to eat nearby. I would gladly stay again.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Carriage house. The location was fantastic for my needs, in a peaceful neighborhood located just a mile walk to the Capitol and Congressional offices. It was clean, comfortable and well designed, exactly as pictured. I also very much appreciated that it was close to Trader Joe’s for groceries and all the restaurants in Barrack’s Row. And it was a huge plus to have a parking pass, had no trouble finding a parking space. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at Julie‘s Airbnb. Everything we needed and more was available at the apartment. The location was fantastic. We used the buses and Metro every day to access the mall and other places around the city. Julie responded quickly when we had a question. We look forward to coming back to Washington and staying here again.

Loved this little apartment. So close to everything, very walkable, and loved how close the Metro was. The neighborhood was quiet and not too busy, with parks nearby, and lots of great places to grab a bite or a drink. Super comfy bed and the shower was divine. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, Leah was quick to respond when I had a question. She also alerted me to a repairman who would be coming within a certain time frame. I could occasionally hear walking above me and some muffled talking or children but it was just fine. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. I will definitely stay at Leah’s property again as well as recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at Willie’s place in Arlington! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described—actually, even better. The location was super convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops, yet it was in a quiet, safe neighborhood that made for a relaxing stay. Willie was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. He made check-in and check-out a breeze and even offered great local recommendations. The space had everything I needed, from a comfortable bed to a fully equipped kitchen and fast Wi-Fi. It really felt like a home away from home. This apartment was well appointed and exactly as described. Check in/out instructions were clear and we were very thankful for the option of the secured closet for dropping our bags. The kitchen had all amenities one might need and it was stocked with many staple items like fresh fruit, milk, and coffee beans. In spite of the dangerous heat wave, the air conditioning worked to perfection. This might be silly, but I loved the tower fan in the bedroom which was an excellent substitute for a white noise machine. Our days were packed full of adventures and tours, and the apartment felt like coming “home” at the end of the day. The added touches that Celia provides her guests are the exact reason that I chose AirBNB over staying in a hotel. I highly recommend this location and host.

Very nice and quiet apartment in great Capitol Hill neighborhood. Walkable to many places including the Capitol building itself. Updated, very tasteful and clean. Enjoyed the stay, definitely would come back.

We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!

This was a beautiful condo with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was so well stocked with everything you might need- more like staying with a thoughtful friend than at an Airbnb. The area was convenient to the metro yet really quiet for sleeping (even with kiddos who go to bed around eight). The pocket park just a block away was a perfect space for our kids to play. We would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Great space in a perfect location in Old Town. Starbucks on the same block, Trader Joe’s quick walk, close to King Street and the water. Place matched pictures and I would love to stay there again when I’m in the area.
