Exceptional deep cleaning prior to every visit and free street side parking during your stay. We have two puppies upstairs and you may hear them sprinting back and forth across the floor in the morning and evening. We are a pro-pet location! Very pet friendly.

One room (door to entire home locked), large bathroom, basic kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, disposable supplies, & coffee station), & walk-in closet. An upstairs (lots of stairs), rear entrance offers a private feel. Short walk to stores, YMCA, restaurants, dog parks & more! 12 min drive to DCA & Braddock metro about a mile. Noise may be an issue if you need silence.

Comfortable Studio Apartment

A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

A quick metro ride will bring you to the Capitol (two stops), the Air and Space Museum (3 stops), the Smithsonian stop and the Mall and much more. Off-street parking is available for a fee.

Top floor apartment in a traditional 130+ y/o townhouse conversion. There are 2 full flights of stairs to enter the unit--we only recommend this space for those with healthy knees that do not travel with large suitcases. The altitude of the home means extra light, gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and beautiful Capitol views several months of the year!
