Beachfront holiday rentals in Naxos

It was fantastic; Kostas’s accommodation is right across from the sea. Communication was super easy and friendly, and everything was just as described. We’d come back anytime.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Marianna’s place! The location is perfect and the home is even better in person than in the pictures. We were able to walk from the port and throughout the Chora with ease. Marianna and Vasilis were so lovely and responsive, which just enhanced our stay. I hope to return soon. Naxos is a beautiful island!

The place is very nice - white house with blue windows and pink flowers. The location was perfect to reach with our rental car (which we could park right outside the door) and between a variety of beautiful beaches within walking distance. From the bed as well as from the terrace you could see directly to the sea. Communication with Stella was very nice and easy. She welcomed us with a tray full of food. It was cleaned daily and even the towels were changed. The only negative point was the mosquitoes. A fly screen in the window would be useful.

The apartment was very beautiful and Maria was a very responsive host, messaging us as we arrived off the ferry to say we could check in early. The location is quiet and close to the beach yet only a short walk from the waterfront restaurants in town. Maria’s guide sent to us before our stay was useful with notes on the apartment and getting around. A fantastic stay, we would come back.

We spent 2 weeks with our baby at this place and can only recommend it! The house is very clean, well furnished and has a beautiful outdoor area. The location is perfect - 5 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and shops and at the same time extremely quiet and private. Maria and Nikos are very loving and generous and super hosts who have always given us eggs, fruits, vegetables and cakes. We can only recommend this place!

This apt is very central and easily walkable to the port, main streets, parking lots, supermarkets, restaurants, and even two beaches in town. The apt has a great private balcony overlooking everything and we spent some time people watching below and looking out at the ocean. Great location!! Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive.

Great stay, an island full of beautiful surprises and an apartment with very good value for money, everything was great with an attentive host! A big thank you, and see you soon!

The place was beautiful and amazing and the view was gorgeous! The pictures were very accurate. It was very clean and spacious. Marina and Maria were very responsive and helpful. It is a very peaceful place. It is up a very steep hill and you need to rent a car as it is not walking distance to anywhere but the beach. You could walk 2 miles on the beach to Plaka which had plenty of restaurants and beaches. Delivery takeout is a possibility from Wolt and they were very efficient and reasonably priced. I would recommend a stay here for the amazing views and the amount of space.

It is a very well located place if they are in a car. The rooms are close to the beach and the place is amazing.

Lovely self catering villa perfect for friends and family looking to relax away from the beaches of Naxos. The unit was well stocked and pristine. The pool was the perfect temperature, nice and cool to escape the sun when it got too hot. The bedrooms were simple and very comfortable with modern AC units. The outdoor eating and social areas were also very nice. The views and sunsets were spectacular. We walked down to the beach some mornings, though only for active individuals with good shoes / trainers. The bakery nearby is excellent and worth a daily trip for coffee and breakfast. A car is a must and make sure to stock up on supplies from the bigger supermarkets. A lovely five night stay in beautiful Naxos. Thank you!

Giorgos Villa was absolutely fantastic. The place was immaculate and exactly as described. We felt right at home. Cold AC, hot showers, clean house and comfortable beds. Sunsets were the best we’ve ever witnessed. Giorgos met us at the location and provided us some starter food and basic amenities that he didn’t have to. He also dropped by fresh vegetables from his garden which turned into some amazing Greek Salads! Thank you for that! I highly suggest you consider this Villa as the property and host are second to none. Thank you for making such an amazing trip for my family.

We spent a week with my spouse, son and parents. The villa is beautiful, tastefully decorated. The exteriors with its 2 terraces are very beautiful too and not overlooked. We would recommend it in a second. Thank you Stella for a lovely experience.

Wow! This is one of our BEST experiences! Absolutely beautiful home with every luxury amenity. We especially enjoyed the private pool and rooftop deck. But the thing that set this experience apart from all of the others was our host. He welcomed us with sweets, water, and homemade apricot jam. He gave us dinner and sight seeing recommendations and even stopped by with a final parting gift to thank us for our business. He called and had a rental car delivered to the house and sent fault housekeeping. Our stay was just PERFECT and made our stay in Naxos very special. We will definitely return!

The villa was amazing with beautiful views and just a five-minute walk from the beach. Kiriaki was an outstanding host and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond by recommending excellent local spots and restaurants around Naxos and even arranged a car rental to meet us at the airport upon arrival. We were also grateful for the flexibility of an early check-in. I highly recommend this beautiful villa for anyone visiting Naxos!

Alexander and Karolina from Anthi's team made our visit so amazing. Anthi was so responsive and helpful, the place was beautiful, and Alexander's daily breakfast was the best way to wake up and have private breakfast overlooking the sea. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a private, beautiful experience. They made such a special trip for us!

We loved our stay in Naxos. The apartment was well located and set up. We appreciated the full kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. Even though you are right in the heart of the action, with the windows and shutters closed you could not hear a thing. The fan was also great for sleeping. Thanks Filippos.

Mairi's Airbnb was lovely, and we truly enjoyed our time in Naxos. The apartment met all our expectations and was just a short walk from Agios Prokopios. We especially appreciated the terrace, where we spent our mornings and evenings watching the waves, the sea, and the stars. We were also pleasantly surprised by the daily cleanings. We absolutely loved our stay here for our Naxos trip. The host was extremely friendly, proactive, and responsive! Extremely clean apartment, spacious, and modern. The bed was super comfortable and blackout blinds were amazing. The host provided tons of recommendations for our trip which we explored and are grateful for! It is in a great location about a 10 min walk to the main harbour. A few steps from the apartment you get an amazing view of the sunset up on the cliff away from the crowds! I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a fabulous few days here. The view from the balcony over the port is gorgeous. Nektaria the host was exceptional. She checked in on us every day and gave us great suggestions of things to do. There was much appreciated complimentary groceries - eggs, bread, fruit, wine, cheese, jam etc in the apartment when we arrived. There was a complimentary pick up from the ferry on arrival day and free luggage storage on the day of departure which was a great bonus.

I had a great stay here! The accomodation is situated quit but very close to the main. Stamatoula was very nice and hospitable!

Very kind host - he brought me from and to the airport. Very spacious apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room, bedroom and balcony. Very nice place!

Had the best stay! The place is exactly as the photos, very clean and well managed and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The view is amazing but the best part is that it was so close to everything - great restaurants, bars and cafes, ferry port, public parking, supermarkets, everything at a short walking distance. But because it is on a happening and busy street, it does get a little noisy if you want to sleep with the balcony doors open. Andreas was the best host, helped take our bags to the apartment, gave us amazing recommendations of places to visit and and eat at, always very responsive, warm and friendly. He even gave us a bottle of an awesome local wine at check-in :) 10/10 would recommend to stay at Andrea's house for everyone visiting Naxos.

This apartment was superb. Clearly the best accommodation we had for our entire Greece trip. Super well appointed, spotlessly clean, spacious, and close to all the main points of interest, the Port and restaurants. Antonis is an excellent host, taking the effort to meet us at the Port and walk us up to the apartment and then give us helpful tips. He also graciously allowed us to check in early and check out a bit later. The whole experience was 5 star!
