Lounge with double sofa bed, kitchen, dining area, and wet-room downstairs. Studio-style bedroom with toilet upstairs.

Our fully equipped and compact studio apartment is quietly tucked away at the end of a residential Cul-De-Sac, on the edge of a woodland forest. Ideal for work in the area, travelling in & out of Stansted Airport, visiting family, attending events/little getaway. 15 mins drive to Epping Underground & North Weald Airfield 19 mins drive to Stansted Airport via M11 3 mins drive to M11 7 mins drive to Hospital (PAH) 10 mins walk to Tesco, Cafe pub/restaurant 5 mins brisk walk to bus stop.

Annex with short walk to Harlow Mill train station

The annexe is decorated to a high standard. it contains a kitchenette and shower room The bed room has a double bed, cable TV and internet, it also has a small table and chairs enough to eat or use as a workspace The annex very near the station about a 2 minute walk. with really good link to London, Stanstead or Cambridge. There are also local High St with small supermarket, restaurants and takeaways. We are also within walking distance of Superstores and a cinema.

The Lodge at Briggens Home Farm is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self contained cosy modern annexe located in a beautiful rural Hertfordshire setting only 1 mile walking distance to Roydon village and train station with fast links to London Underground (15mins) and Stansted Airport (30mins). There are numerous country walks just a few steps from the lodge, one of which leads to the River Stort (15min walk) from where you can carry on exploring miles of river walkways.

The Barn, beautiful rural retreat

The Barn is located within the grounds of our Grade 2 listed Cottage and yet is far enough away from the main house to allow our guests privacy. The property offers two luxurious double bedrooms and a modern bathroom with shower and bath. The light and spacious living / kitchen area is fully equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher and provides comfortable seating for all our guests. Guests will receive a welcome pack of goodies on arrival.

The Annex

A modern self contained Annex in beautiful epping forest, perfect stay for walkers or attending nearby wedding venues. A 20 minute walk to epping station (central line into central London), or 5 minute drive, 12 min walk to the high street. 1 comfortable king size bed , desk set up for remote working , with beautiful views . Sky TV and WiFi . Small kitchen area with fridge , microwave kettle and toaster. Private access to property and parking

3 Bed house in Roydon

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips, families, tradesmen or a city worker. Just a short walk to the train station and only 20 minutes to Tottenham Hale (Victoria line), Cambridge and Stansted Airport. Situated in a cul-de-sac within walking distance to the local amenities. I know the importance of a comfy bed and powerful showers. I prefer Mon-Fri or weekend bookings but you can always check with me.
