Ideally located 25 minutes from the famous Beauval Zoo and close to the major tourist sites of the Loire Valley, this farmhouse offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Bakery/convenience store within walking distance. The accommodation, located in a farmhouse as an extension of my home, is completely independent.

The place is ideal for recharging your batteries! Imagine a lovely 37 m² house buried in the rock, completely restored with eco-friendly materials. The cave does not have a mobile network. A terrace overlooking a garden in the middle of the woods where a stream flows. Not overlooked, the only neighbors are us. Hiking trails pass in front of this haven. Total disconnection in harmony with nature. A great place for Mindfulness Meditation.

The Negron Cocoon

It has a bedroom that can accommodate two people, a small sofa for one person. Everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and various utensils in an AE kitchen. Located near a convenient road and free parking just 100 m away, you also benefit from an independent arrival for more freedom. Towels and sheets are provided… you just have to put your things down and enjoy your stay!

Ideally located (5 km from Amboise, 18 km from Chenonceau, 25 km from Tours), it will allow you to visit many castles of the Loire and many other places of high renown (Clos Lucé, Beauval Zoo or the majestic Château de Chambord).
