A tiny (20 m2) but cosy independent apartment located in the beautiful and quiet village of Tertsa (80 km south of the city of Heraklion) with a sea and a hill view. A shared entrance with a spiral staicase connects the ground floor with the apartment (2nd floor). Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
