Holiday rentals in Nea Koroni

We spent a fantastic two weeks at Sea You Soon. The cottage itself is a pleasure - clean, stylish, comfortable, with everything you need - including Netflix! The garden is large and peaceful, patrolled by several friendly cats, with a stunning view across the Messenian Gulf to the Taygetus mountains. Best of all, it's a 60 second walk down to the beach, which (in May) we had to ourselves most days. The beach itself is pebbles and sand, but once you're in the water it's almost all sand. There are a couple of decent tavernas and a mini market in the village (c.15 min walk). There are some really good places to eat in neighbouring villages, 5-10 min drives away. We also used the cottage to explore other parts of Messenia/Peloponnese, including Olympia, Pilos, Koroni, all worth the trip. Regular visits from a cleaner to refresh towels and sheets. Hosts very responsive and helpful. Lovely place to escape to.

We had the most wonderful stay at Stathia and Paul’s. Communication was extremely efficient and Stathia’s warm welcome made us feel immediately at home. She is a very kind, caring, discreet and accommodating host whose house certainly reflects her generosity and life ethics. It is spacious, well-equipped with a minimalist and yet comfortable interior with large windows and balcony overlooking a valley of olive groves where a gentle breeze often flows in the afternoon towards the sea in the distance. It always felt cool even on a hot day. Its location is perfect, a walk away from a village with a small shop, cafés/ taverna and lovely coves and a short drive from Koroni. We love this part of Messinia and have visited twice before but never have we felt both so rested and energised after our two-week stay at Stathia and Paul’s; magical!

La casa di Georgios è perfetta, spaziosa, comoda, luminosa e pulitissima e ben attrezzata. Anche la posizione è ottima, lontano dal caos ma strategica per girare sia le spiagge più belle della zona che per visitare le città e i siti archeologici di cui è ricca la zona. Georgios è un ottimo padrone di casa, premuroso, gentile e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi consiglio. La nostra vacanza è stata piacevolissima e rilassante. Speriamo di tornare presto.

Tucked away in the village but close to shops and bus route. Beautifully presented accommodation with a lovely garden and bonus orange trees - fresh, tasty juice every morning! Everything we needed was in the property and Gill and Mick across the road were so friendly and helpful it really felt like a home from home. Do pack with space to spare as Gill's shop is packed with her wonderful, original artwork - if only we could have brought home more - she captures Greece so well. local shops and eateries are in the village and again so friendly and prices comparable with the supermarket so do shop local. Rosé wine a speciality of the area so we tried a few, the Bio-wine at the supermarket one of the better low priced ones. Good walks to the nearby beaches and Koroni walk also a highlight, and the town well worth the three visits we made. We were able to use the bus a lot, cheap but high quality and really helpful in getting us to the right stops. We will be back, car to see more next time

Fabulous villa with wonderful terrace overlooking the clean sandy beach and inviting sea. Very comfortable furnishings and beds, immaculately clean and tidy. A stylish retreat that will linger in the memory. Slightly more difficult to find than expected, but easy once you know how. Great food options in both Finikounda (Elena) and Methoni (To Kastro, Klimataria, Sapientza), but you need a car to reach them.

Ankommen und wie zu Hause fühlen, heißt das Motto in Vounaria! Was soll ich sagen, es ist wie in den vorherigen Bewertungen bereits beschrieben, ein Traum. Olga und ihre Mama sind tolle Gastgeber und sind jederzeit ansprechbar und für einen da. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und man findet alles was man für sein Urlaub braucht. Das griechisch zubereitete Essen von Mama von Olga war einfach Himmlisch. Es hat es so gut gefallen, sodass wir im gleichen Urlaub nochmal wiedergekommen sind. Viele Dank für alles!

This villa is exceptional in every way: excellent beds, pillows, lots of linnen and towels, incl pool/beach towels. Oodles of space, amazing views, great infinity pool and beautiful terraces and outdoor areas. The kitchen has everything you can think off and more. The villa has a luxurious feel and look about it. Close to supermarkets and Koroni!

We loved our stay at Kostas' apartment! The apartment is spacious, modern, well equipped, super clean and has everything you need for a perfect stay. We enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the sea view veranda. Being in Logga made us feel relaxed. Kostas is a great host, very mindful and friendly. We felt very welcome there. His apartment in Logga is a perfect base to explore the surrounding region of Eastern Messenia by car. Koroni is close-by and other sites such as Methoni, Pylos, Voidokilia beach and many more are easily reachable. The local baker and some small stores and cafes are literally around the corner from the apartment. Bigger supermarkets are available within a 10 to 15-minute drive. We didn't want to leave. We are so happy we chose to stay at Kostas' apartment. Highly recommend it! Thank you so much, Kostas!
