Nice flat, good location in Nea Kallikratia. It was very good for family with two kids. Flat is very well equiped with all that you need, kitchen also. AC is also possible but we don’t use it too much. Wifi is very good for greek appartments. Thank you!

If you're looking for peaceful and quiet vacation this is the right place. Beach and private pool are just few steps away, apartment have everything you need and host is great! This was definitely the right choice for us with small baby and a toddler 😄 Thank you Mila, it was a delight staying at your place!

It was such a lovely stay. The apartment is very cosy and looked exactly like the pictures. From both balconies you can look inside the beautiful garden. It also was well equipped with the most important kitchen utensils. If we ever come back to this place, we would love to come to this lovely apartment again.

We had a wonderful stay. The Appartement was well equipped. We loved the lovely decoration and the comfortable firniture which made the Appartemebt very cozy. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden (our kids loved the playground). The host was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This 2-day stay was more than perfect! All the information about the accessibility of the accommodation, the WiFi, the parking was given before my arrival! The space was more than clean and there was everything you needed to prepare basic dishes! The service is of very good quality, the day after my arrival the towels have been changed, the coffee restocked! It was perfect! The outside is also great: Sunbed, garden table! I would recommned this property There is everything nearby: Restaurants, bakery, supermarkets! Once again, thank you for everything!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The apartment is very nicely furnished and offers everything you need. We particularly liked the great location: restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance, and in the evening it is pleasantly quiet. The facility was very well maintained and offered the best opportunities for relaxation with two pools (one for adults, one for children), a beautiful playground and a barbecue corner. Great beaches can be reached by car in about 10 minutes and are absolutely worth a visit. Communication with the host was also smooth and friendly. Overall, an all-round successful stay - we would like to come back!

The listing is as real as it is written in the description. Beds are comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything you need. You have a washing machine and a dishwasher. Fridge great with a great freezer. The beach is in front of the apartment 30 steps, but one has to skip the wall. It's a pity that one step was not made to cross the wall. The apartment has sun loungers 3 pcs and 2 umbrellas. The courtyard is beautiful, an apartment separated from the noise of the city, and is located in a pedestrian area with a huge svory system under beautifully maintained grass. All kudos to your host Nana, who has always been of service to us. If the trip takes us to Furk, we'll definitely visit again.

Clean and comfy place felt like home. Many local restaurants and beatiful beaches around with affordable prices. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere and you find everything that you need at this place. At first we were doubtful about not having Wifi but that helped us to stay away from daily time loss from social media and just stay in the moment. For anyone considering booking, read this: This was one of the best Airbnb's I've ever been! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give 11! :) Best value! The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. Upon arrival our flight was delayed and therefore we arrived late in the evening around 10pm. Nikoletta was very flexible and waited patiently for us to greet us and show us everything. When we came, there was a nice present on the table for us with greek wine, chocolates, local sweets. The place was even bigger and more beautiful than pictures could show: enough space for 8 people and a toddler. During our stay we didn't miss a thing, literally everything we could ever need was available: beach towels, dishwasher (love it!), shower gel, toys for the kids, a huge dining table for many people, pizza oven AND barbecue, a full on library of German books, even pens and paper was available.. Really beautiful surrounding, close beach, quiet area, nice restaurants. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious house! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The beach is just 5-7 minute drive away, which made it super convenient to enjoy the sea without the crowds. The real highlight, though, was the hosts - they were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their guests. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful and well-located getaway!

Pool area is amazing 👌 nearby villages are very nice for dinner. Beach in front of the house is not very nice but a short car ride there are other nice ones. Highly recommend Xiropotamos beach

It was a nice place for 4 adults and 3 children. The villa is well equipped with everthying you need.

First of all if the host is terrible then it doesn't matter what the house/town looks like. Thankfully this is not the case as Yannis is extremely friendly, helpful, cooperative and at the same time non-intrusive. Plus the small handmade gifts make you feel you stayed at a friend. Then is the house which is as described. You have absolutely everything you need to feel like home. Plus is the closed parking place and the own garden with two tables with total 10 chairs! And all this is located in very peaceful and quiet part of a small village with a clean water beach. If I have to be picky the only negatives are the unclean sand (due to lack of many beach bars to clean it I suppose) and limited number of restaurants although even the present ones are still good enough. Overall we are very satisfied with our choice of Yannis house.

We were 3 families with small children and we had a great time. The house is right up the beach so you have a great view of the sea from the terrace. Taverns, bars and supermarket are in walking distance so you really don't even need a car to get by. Great place to spend the hollydays!

We had a great stay in this cosy apartment in Kallithea!

The apartment is just as described, quite comfortable and convenient for a family with two small children. It is close to the city center. We drove to the beaches, but if you prefer to walk, it's probably around 15 minutes. We had everything we needed to prepare a meal, including a large refrigerator and a well-equipped bathroom. The only thing that might be improved is the mattresses, which could be a bit more comfortable :) Highly recommended, and if we come again, we'll stay here :)

George and his family were very friendly and always helpfull. We had a lot of fun. Our doughter played a lot on the playground and had a lot of fun cuddling the dogs. Beautiful beaches are nearby, just 2 -3 Minutes on foot. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I hope to see you soon.

Good and cosy flat everything is clean and tidy. It has all necessary things, newly refurbished. A little small but perfect for a couple. The owner was absolutely welcoming and hospitable.

The flat is well designed and space is smartly utilised. Fully equipped with everything a household needs. An excellent hospitality pack - many homemade products (e.g. marmalade, honey) Airconditioning works well and there are also windows/balcony to the front and back of the flat. Beaches and bars easily accessible by car or bicycles. WiFi was good but maybe not suitable for heavy data usage if one needs to connect to servers abroad for his/her work, but then again you re there for vacations so not necessarily a bad thing.
