You are welcome to our spacious and comfy home located in the centre of the village Vigklafia Laconias. Our house retains its privacy and serenity so you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation, just a 3 minute drive from the beautiful sandy beach of Pounta and Pavlopetri sunken city, as well as the ferry boat to Elafonisos Island. All the local shops and restaurants are right next to you. The Castle of Monemvasia, Castania’s Cave and the ferry boat to Kythera are all a 20 minute drive.

Η παραδοσιακή ατμόσφαιρα σε συνδυασμό με τις παροχές του σπιτιού και την εγκάρδια φιλοξενία θα σας εξασφαλίσουν μια υπέροχη εμπειρια.

Kourkoula House

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

Milonas Guest House

To Milonas Guest House είναι μια πέτρινη κατοικία στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο του κάστρου της Μονεμβασιάς. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς πάνω από την κεντρική πλατεία του Ελκόμενου Χριστού, έτσι η μετακίνηση γίνεται πολύ εύκολη. Λόγο της θέσης του διαθέτει πανοραμική θέα στο κάστρο και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα! Έχει ανακαινιστεί πλήρως το 2018. Αποτελείται από δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες, ένα μπάνιο και μια κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με καθιστικό. Επιπλέον διαθέτουμε και ένα παρκοκρέβατο.

Ο αίθριος χώρος μας είναι δομημένος έτσι ώστε ο κάθε επισκέπτης να έχει τη δυνατότητα να ηρεμεί κάτω από τον έναστρο ουρανό. Οι αγροτουριστικές συνθήκες που περιβάλλουν το κατάλυμα ενδυναμώνουν την επαφή με τη φύση και ταξιδεύουν νοερά τον επισκέπτη στο χρόνο.

Το κατάλυμα απέχει 500m από την κεντρική αγορά-παραλία της Νέαπολης. Στα 13 χλμ. βρίσκεται το λιμάνι της Πούντας απ’όπου, με το καραβάκι, μπορείτε να φτάσετε στην Ελαφόνησο, σε μόλις 15 λεπτά!! Στα 13 χλμ. βρίσκεται το Σπήλαιο της Καστανιάς ένα από τα πιό πολύχρωμα της Ευρώπης, καθώς και το Γεωπάρκο του Αγίου Νικολάου, με το απολιθωμένο δάσος, στα 16 χλμ. We welcome you to our newly built apartment, right on the sea and in the heart of the city. The house is within walking distance from all the shops, taverns of the area and 1' from the sea! Elafonisos, the cave of Kastania, the petrified forest as well as the enchanting Monemvasia are 25'away by car. We hope you have a carefree time in our beautiful area!

It's my old maiden name. The house is bright and painted with light colors. In an effort to preserve his old character, I kept some antique furniture, crockery, even a chandelier over my parents' living room. It has in the back yard with vine and on its front balcony a magnificent view just above the sea.

A single space in the center of Neapolis, ideal for holidays. You can enjoy swimming in the sea which is less than 5 minutes' walk and 2 minutes by car. You will be very close to all the shops and the port. The market is pedestrianized at night and you can walk safely, especially for children.
