The parking is a bonus in Mumbles. The property is modern and exceptionally well appointed. Everything was provided for and taken into consideration. We would stay there again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you Laura for your excellent immediate communications.

Christopher’s place is very nice. He obviously put a lot of energy into upgrading the whole house. It’s very roomy, much larger than it appears in the pictures. Would rent again if/when we return to the area

We spent two wonderful nights at this stunning location, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit! The views are amazing and as a bonus, we spotted a couple of seals swimming in the sea most days, which was the perfect way to wrap up our weekend. The apartment was not only clean and tidy but also stylish and easily accessible. We can't wait to return in the new year!

We had a great stay in the mumbles, very convenient to the local amenities. good sized accommodation and dog friendly which is great!

A very enjoyable family stay at Sea Breeze, home from home - very comfortable and immaculately clean. The hosts are lovely and very helpful and friendly. Location is great and close to various beaches, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend x

Wonderful place to stay , wonderful host , just perfect

We had an absolutely fantastic time/experience. The flat exceeded our expectations. We wanted to meet our son who is studying at Swansea University, so flat was in a great location. Having your own parking spot was a huge positive. We loved waking up to the view whilst having our morning coffee. We will be back

Receiving keys and check in was a nightmare . No instructions emailed. Don’t book and arrive outside Home From Home office hours. Also their Oystermouth Office long way from the Unit. High hassle and stressful if arriving on a Sunday. The House was spacious and comfortable with all facilities.

Great stay! Lara was always happy to help. we had a festival we was going to in the day so we had to check in earlier which was great! place was lovely and nice area too. We also left a few things there when we checked out and lara was happy to help us and send it back to us thanks again😆😂 Thank you for having us

Good location lots to do round about and a good view of the marina.

Annie made us feel right at home, although she was a little tired, she made us feel comfortable and relaxed and not on edge about being shiny new. It was a fantastic experience as she gave us a great insight into van life. There was plenty of plates, cups, cutlery, bowls, pots and pans so plenty to make use of the gas camping cooker on board. There was plenty of storage room to accomodate camping chairs, clothes, towels, bedfing, pillows. Take an extension lead if you want to stay on an electric hook up. There was a toilet on board but utilise the ones out and about if you can. The seating in Annie when converted into a bed was very comfortable. So had two good nights sleep. The pick up was straight forward and communication with the hosts was great too. They were so accomodating. Loved it. Fab and would definitely love to revisit the whole experience again in the future.

Had a great stay in this beautiful modern, clean, comfortable and spacious apartment overlooking the marina. Location was great for visiting the Gower coast. Communication with the host was excellent. Appreciated thoughtful welcome pack of Welsh cakes!

We had a fantastic time in Swansea- the flat is right on the beach and was perfect for watching the sun set with a glass of wine on the balcony! The location is super convenient and we were able to visit a few special places on the west coast (Mumbles, Rhossili bay) easily by car, as well as get into Swansea on foot quickly. We hope to come back very soon!

Ideal , serene home located within a 10 min walk into Mumbles . Home had a wonderful calm vibe with lots of big open spaces for family get togethers . Beautiful garden . Plenty of bedrooms and baths for multiple family members . When we arrived there was a lovely picking basket waiting for us with goodies which was such a nice welcome

We had a lovely stay here. The location was fantastic for the beautiful beach at Rest Bay. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The upstairs lounge area was a nice extra space. Unfortunately the key safe code we’d been given was incorrect - luckily the host answered the phone when we called and was able to give us the correct code.

Absolutely loved this amazing venue and the warm welcome we received from Jitu. The cottage is incredibly well equipped and has the loveliest of views. Our only disappointment was the checkout time of 9:30am which was very early on the last day of long weekend. We do understand that new guests were arriving, but felt that as standard check in time is 5pm it could have been a little bit later. All in all we had a fabulous, much needed break away from our pressured jobs and Mac the Leonberger loved it too. We hope to come back again!

We had a lovely weekend staying in The Mumbles from Saturday to Monday. We booked both flats and were really impressed—everything was super clean, tidy, and felt really comfortable. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the place nice. The location is perfect—right in the middle of town, so it was super easy to walk to the shops, cafes, and down to the seafront. We didn’t need the car once we arrived, which was a big plus! Caroline was a brilliant host—really friendly and quick to reply to any questions we had before and during our stay. She made everything really easy and stress-free. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a great spot.

The house is very comfortable and beautiful, and although there is a steep drive, the location makes it worthwhile. Cat and Jono had a booklet giving loads of information about the house itself (house rules) and what was nearby. There was no 'you can't do this/touch this'…everything was accessible to us. I was in complete awe of both the boot and the utility rooms! The games room, with table tennis, pool, darts had a TV with comfy settees to relax in whilst watching or playing. There is a lawn in front of the games room, so the dogs were sorted; there was also no way the dogs could escape. There were lovely views from the front of the house of the sea.. Rotherslade and Langland bays are short walks away with cafés and restaurants. The bus stops below take you into Mumbles, Swansea and Caswell Bay. We had a wonderful time celebrating our 50th Anniversary with our children and grandchildren. Our hosts could not have been more helpful or accessible, even providing beautiful weather!

This place is in a great place to truly experience the wonderful location of the Mumbles. I wouldn't hesitate to use it again.

A perfect retreat right on the Welsh coast. It’s very hilly so bear that in mind with capabilities but the walk round the coast was fairly easy and made for a good day out for us. Lots of other bays close by to explore too. The house was perfect for our combined family needs. Large kitchen, lounge and dining room with the cutest courtyard for a morning brew or afternoon beverage! Parking is either directly outside or just a short walk up the road in designated spaces. The kitchen has everything you need and a fab larder that we were able to store all our food in. Each room on the 1st floor has an en-suite and tv which was great for the adults of the group, whilst the top floor was perfect for the kids who used the lounge area as their snug! One thing we did miss was a tv in the ground floor lounge as we all love a good movie night or background show playing whilst we sat waiting for the rain to clear!, though appreciate that’s not for everyone. All in all a great, memorable stay.

Great place with lovely view from the balcony. Lovely restaurants a minutes walk from the front door. Beds are comfortable with plenty of space for all guests.
