Villa 1 km from the sea to relax with the whole family. It consists of 8 beds two double bedrooms, a smaller one and two comfortable sofa beds for four adults. Full bathroom with everything with two sinks and washing machine. A kitchen complete with everything set pots and accessories. A dining room with a comfortable table. The villa has 3 air conditioners and wifi with no connection limits. Outside you will find a sofa with armchairs and a large table for the whole family, even a nice barbecue.

We stayed there for 3 days. Bruno was already waiting for us when we arrived. He and Lory had some refreshments in the fridge and goodies to eat. That was a very hospitable welcome! Everything looked very neat and clean. We felt right at home there. It was warm when we were there, but on the lovely terrace it was very good to spend all day because the canopy and lemon tree provided shade. But there was also plenty of space to enjoy the sun. Our labradoodle Zoë enjoyed the space that the enclosed garden offered. On the day of departure, we were even allowed to stay in the house a little longer because our boat would not leave until later in the day. Bruno and Lory do everything to help you and they do that with a broad smile. What a very nice and sweet people! We were on a tour of Italy (2 months) and this was our 13th cottage, but it is without a doubt in place 1!! Thank you Bruno and Lory André, Marian & Zoë

The house is very nice, big and spacious. Everything clean and sparkling clean when we arrived. Very well equipped kitchen. The views from the balconies are adorable. The hostess was always helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. Very nice hiking trails right by the house, if we were not so early in the morning we could see hikers right by the road below the balcony. We had a little beach to ourselves right below the house. Required a short but challenging hike there but it didn't matter. At a short distance we had several beaches, caves and other fun to do and see. Thank you for a lovely week in April 2025 /Richard

We really enjoyed our stay at Stefano's Airbnb at Villagio Tanca Piras. The home was clean, had everything we needed, and the host Allesandro went above and beyond to make us feel at home for our 9 month old infant. His recommendations were great. We went to the beaches and restaurants he recommended and couldn't have been happier. We would love to come back. Thank you Allesandro for all your help!

The apartment is located within a complex with other apartments. The view from the balcony is fantastically beautiful! The orientation of this apartment is optimal. Even in high heat, the balcony area is almost always in the shade. In addition, the air conditioning in the living area is helpful. The sleeping area is also equipped with air conditioning. Since the sleeping area is in the basement, I have it at just under 30 degrees during the day, not at night. Parking is outside the complex. No own place, but in an area that I would classify as safe. The south of Sardinia is not as developed for tourism as the north of the island. There is still a lot to discover, but it also involves some driving.

A big thank you for your warm welcome, all the details (detailed instructions, fruit on the table and recommendations). The house is very beautiful, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The spectacular view and the restaurant downstairs are very convenient and good value for money.
