Idyllic little house in the center

You're on your own, but close to everything when you stay in this atmospheric Tiny House. There is a passage from the street through a small terrace inside the house. The apartment has a small dining area and kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate living room. The bed is a 140cm wide double bed. In addition, a sofa bed (70/140 *200 cm) must be spread out. When asked, the mattress will be arranged for the fifth. The apartment has underfloor heating and the air source heat pump cools in the summer heat. The convenience store is almost around the corner and the market square is about 250m.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Cosy cabin with sauna and beautiful glass patio

Welcome to our beautiful cabin. It used to be an old grain barn but is now refurbished into a stylish guesthouse. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a table and a sofa, and a small toilet. Upstairs you find a king size bed and a bedsofa. Next to the house there is a sauna with shower. Use of the sauna has to be agreed on with us beforehand. On the outside there are two furnished patios and a glazed-in lounge. The house is in the same yard as our family home.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Market, cafes, restaurants, and shops within 200 meters. To the train station 500 meters and to the bus station 800 meters. However, an apartment with a park view. The apartment has been refurbished, the furniture is new, and the materials are quality. We live and work in Downtown, so we're close by if you need us. I needed sleeping arrangements in two chambers. - found +A large room made it possible to be together in the rain ++Close to the center of Kälviä +two toilets - no sauna. We managed without it. - buildings in poor condition (mainly a barn) in the yard. If, for example, the guests have small curious children, it may be necessary to demand it. I wasn't bothered by the minuses. The best thing was that the sister lives nearby and the house is cozy. Just good for us! We'd love to come back.

The place was very nice and cozy. Communicating with Carita was easy and seamless. She was friendly and always responded in a timely manner, actively messaging and instructions herself. Also the location was very good. The vibe was cozy, and it was also great that the little animal friend was welcome too.

Our second stay at Leif’s place - so peaceful and beautiful, the woods are wonderful and so many lovely walks. The cabin is very cosy and has everything we needed. Leif is very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
