You will be in peace, but close to everything when you stay in this atmospheric Little House. From the street, there is access through a small terrace into the house. The apartment has a small dining area and kitchen, a bathroom and a separate living room. The bed is a 140 cm wide double bed. In addition, a sofa bed (70/140*200 cm) can be spread out. If requested, a mattress can be arranged for a fifth person. The apartment has underfloor heating and an air heat pump to cool down in the summer heat. The convenience store is almost around the corner and the market square is about 250 m away.

Bright, peaceful, modern and stylish little apartment in the district of Leenala. The apartment has a 140 cm wide double bed and an 80 cm wide daybed, which can be converted into 1-2 extra beds. In the summer heat, you can cool the apartment with its own cooler. Indoor swimming pool, ice rink, hybrid arena, event park almost next door (0.6 km). Maritime Park, Santahaa outdoor exercise areas, central hospital, theater, Snellman music center, train station about 15 minutes' walk (1.2-1.5km).

Jos haluatte saunoa, pyydän ilmoittamaan siitä varauksen yhteydessä. Meillä on eläimiä, jotka elävät omaa elämäänsä. Tähän sisältyy myös eläinten äänet. Lampaat määkivät ja kukko kiekuu.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Welcome to our beautiful cabin. It used to be an old grain barn but is now refurbished into a stylish guesthouse. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a table and a sofa, and a small toilet. Upstairs you find a king size bed and a bedsofa. Next to the house there is a sauna with shower. Use of the sauna has to be agreed on with us beforehand. On the outside there are two furnished patios and a glazed-in lounge. The house is in the same yard as our family home.
