I recently stayed at here and it was a truly memorable experience. From check‑in to check‑out, everything ran seamlessly, the hosts were always quick to reply and very responsive. The place truly felt like a home away from home.

We absolutely loved the space as it was just enough for the two of us and our dog. The place was easy to find and the whole process was smooth from beginning to end with the hosts being accessible at all times, checking in to see if we needed any help. The security at the property was also very helpful and hands on with aiding us in any way needed. Would highly recommend the space to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Kochi!

Excellent location. You can see Lulu Mall and walk to Lulu in 3 minutes, and the Metro station is 2 minutes away. Clean and quiet place, and an easy self-check-in. No troubles from security or the caretaker. Excellent designated car parking. Saravanabhavan is in the adjoining building with excellent veg food. The place is worth for money.

The property was amazing to be at with it's peaceful surroundings nd very well connected to places around and Fort Kochi and other attractions. We had a lot of fun at the property and with it's aesthetics this property is a really good place to be at. Vivek was responsive oover the call and literally a call away in case of any questy which made the experience more memorable - would like to book the property again for any future trips.

Thanks Jainy and family for having us over at their grand palatial ancestral home. This place was awesome, it’s an old ancestral home thoughtfully redesigned with all modern elements. Everything is done with much attention to detail and also with an eye for great aesthetics. It’s a very spacious, clean, super functional, feel at home cozy place with very warm and welcoming caretakers and owner. Everyone was very appreciative of various elements of this spacious home carefully designed. Kids also enjoyed the place very much, with large outdoor spaces. We look forward to staying at this place, if we visit Marady again.

A beautiful property nestled in a beautiful, peaceful area. For a tharavaadu veedu it's quite the steal! The host was responsive and helpful and so were the caretakers, who were very friendly! Fully decked out kitchen with supplies(minus the outdoor grill), only issue was some of the older utensils were clearly washed a long time back. But there were cleaning supplies so we didn't find that to be an issue. The stay was hastle free and satisfactory, would certainly would visit again!

We had a great experience at Beena's Airbnb in Ernakulam. It is a beautiful, spacious, clean and cozy house. Beena was a wonderful, understanding and friendly host. She helped us with all our enquires and made sure our stay was comfortable. We felt as if we are staying in our own home while in this Airbnb. Host has taken care of minute details like milk, bananas . Basic kitchen utensils enough for a crowd of 12 people. Hot water, gas, basic cooking masalas etc were available. extremely clean bathrooms. spotless bedroom linen. overall thoughtfull host

We bad a great stay in a spacious house. The house is close to Fort Kochi. It is reachable on foot.

I had the most incredible stay at this villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The property is stunning — spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The private pool and outdoor area were absolute highlights, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The location was peaceful and private, yet close enough to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The hosts were amazing — welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Every detail was thought of, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. It truly felt like a home away from home. Great Stay at Binoy’s Peaceful Homestay! I had a lovely stay at Binoy’s homestay—it’s set in a quiet, serene location, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property is well-maintained, and Binoy is a warm and welcoming host. Highlights: Ideal for those seeking peace. Comfortable beds and good ventilation. Binoy makes you feel at home. One Improvement Needed: ❌ No hot water in all bathrooms – This was a bit inconvenient, especially in the mornings. Despite this, the overall experience was pleasant, and I’d recommend Binoy’s homestay to travelers who value quiet surroundings and genuine hospitality. If hot water is added in all the bathroom in the future, it would be perfect!

We came to Kochi for treatment and stayed here for a month. The apartment is well furnished with good facilities. The extended spacious balcony provides a great view of the surrounding city. Well-maintained kitchen and bathrooms, comfortably designed bedrooms made our family's stay quite comfortable. The apartment complex has friendly security, staff and other facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi, okay area and games. Our kid had a good time here and that was important for us ☺️. The place is easily connected and close to main points in Kochi - Lulu, Oberon, Metro, Amrita, Aster, etc. and good online delivery serviceability. I needed a place to freshen up and sleep for an early flight out of Kochi. Jose’s place is close to the airport and provided what I need. I had a little problem to find the address as it is on a service road. But Jose was able provide clear directions to turn off the main road.

Clean and spacious rooms, Bathrooms were clean too. Parking is a bit difficult due to space issues. Worth the price overall

My stay at Mr. Yacub's home was nothing short of homely comfort. The house is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen along with multiple appliances. The bedrooms are quite spacious with three fitted bathrooms respectively, which were maintained neat and clean. The air conditioning worked well, which is a bonus when staying in Kochi. Overall, this is a unique home to stay in while visiting Kochi as the location is ideal and the balcony which wraps around the house provides a relaxing 360 degree view. Another positive aspect of the apartment is the helpful security staff, which ensures a secure stay. Mr. Yacub and Shoba were always available when I required help or assistance during my stay at the airbnb, and for all these reasons, I highly recommend choosing Mr. Yacub's flat.

Waking up to the view of Arabian Sea, spending hours warchng the swarming backwaters with cruise boats, and ships from the bedroom day&night, located at the heart of the city, bustling yet peaceful location, aesthetically designed interiors....I cn keep listing the pros of this property... but what mattered the most is the serenity and calmness I felt being in there...Wud never miss an opportunity to get bk in there again. And a special thanks to the hosts, had a beautiful time with my family without any hassles of chk-in/chk-outs or any other issues.. Dont miss it folks, worth every penny we pay :)
