In the room there is a large bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) for 1-2 people TV available with cable TV and Wi-Fi You will stay directly in Neu-Ulm. On foot it is approx. 7 minutes to the center of Ulm and Ulm Cathedral and the train station is also only 3 minutes away. There are nice little cafes, bakeries, restaurants and a shopping center around the corner. We are happy to give you tips for leisure activities in Ulm and around Ulm. See you soon in Neu-Ulm

Rest and relaxation close to the university

Our granny apartment with separate entrance and private terrace on the Oberer Eselsberg is within walking distance of the university and the Science Park. Public parking is right in front of the apartment. More or less directly behind the house you are in the countryside. It is only a few minutes to the bus and tram, as well as to the bakery and grocery store. The botanical garden can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Legoland is 30 minutes away and Ravensburger Spielerland is 1 hour away by car.

Vacation home in Gerstetten

Our bright spacious apartment on the 1st floor offers plenty of space for a trip with friends as well as for the whole family. You are also welcome to installers. Two bedrooms, each with double bed & a living room with large, pull-out sofa, can accommodate up to 6 people. In Gerstettens probably the smallest kitchen with a stove & oven, you can cook something delicious or make a cup of tea. Amenities also include a bathroom with shower and toilet. Laundry is available on request.

Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Cozy rustic room to turn off

The apartment is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only used for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect for switching off and letting your soul dangle...

Quiet 1 room apartment 35 sqm with beautiful views

The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

The modern bright apartment (90 m²) is in the center of Bernstadt. A bakery with breakfast café is right in front of the house. To Ulm and the science city, you can drive by car without traffic in 15 minutes, to Legoland also 15 minutes. The large covered terrace to the southwest allows a panoramic view over the Swabian Alps. Quiet apartment with its own entrance and parking space

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen can also be reached in 20-25 minutes. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time. If you want to get more in the nature, you can visit the ice age caves in the Lonetal and Achtal valleys. A parking space is directly on the property. In the village, there is a bakery and a butcher. Other shopping possibilities are in about 6km.

A perfect retreat for business travelers, tourists or students. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob and a basic set of kitchen utensils. No pets allowed. No parties. Longer stays on request.

Nice apartment in Ulmer Oststadt

Our nice basement apartment has a small kitchenette in the hallway area. This is not suitable for food fried in oil. A shower room and a nice bedroom with a box spring bed and a large flat-screen TV. Wi-Fi access, soundproof windows, very good location between Friedrichsau and city center, Rewe, Lidl and bus stop 100 m away. Downtown is a 15-minute walk. Private access to the backyard.
