Beach house holiday rentals in Negril

Beautiful accommodations, well situated to the beach 150 feet! Bar, chairs, umbrella and the vibes were fantastic! The best part for us was having Susan as our housekeeper who cooked authentic Jamaican meals every night and kept our fridge full and facility clean! Fitzroy is the grill master and go to guy for everything else. Never had to leave our sunny home and the service was over the top! Great place and will be back!

Great location!! Right on 7 mile beach, but set back enough for privacy and peace. Perfect location on the beach itself, close walk to the beach bars and restaurants, and a grocery store. Plenty to do right there in walking distance, including bars, restaurants, boat charters, beach rentals, etc. Great alternative if you want to enjoy the beach without being stuck in a hotel/resort.

This place is so quite beautiful nice play to get some time off very beautiful beach close by and just Few mins out side Lucea and couple more mins from Montego Bay the Property Mrg is the best any question he’s just a call or text away. Leighton 5star…………..

Great place! This is my second time staying at this location and it was just as great as the first time! Philip is always great and accommodating! I also left my credit card there by accident and the cleaning crew/ Phillip were very honest and let me know I left it . I asked them to cut it up and throw it away and they did just that! I highly recommend staying here as I’m sure I’ll be back again!

Last minute stay and when I say..it was the best last minute stay, it truly was. Natalie’s home was nice and cozy, it felt like home. Was very nice, super responsive and attentive to our needs and local recommendations! Super sweet and felt like home!

It was an absolutely beautiful home, exceeded my expectations! Very clean and great amenities. Nicolette was very responsive and accommodating. It was a very nice and safe community. The people I met at the clubhouse made me feel right at home. If you want to stay in a home away from home, stay here. Way better than any hotel or resort in the area, in my opinion.

Such a peaceful and beautiful spot with amazing views of Montego Bay. The scenery is even more impressive in person than in the photos. The view from the entry will get you everytime! It was super quiet and felt really private, which made it easy to unwind. Ms. Dee was great, easy to reach and super helpful during the stay. Her staff was also on top of things. Definitely a place I’d come back to and would recommend to anyone heading to the area.

It was very spacious and clean. The bedrooms were all a nice size as well. The kitchen had brand new appliances and came with lots of dishes /utensils. The space looked like the pictures. Would definitely recommend.

Community complex is beautiful , clean, top notch security and quiet . Only cons I had was you will need a vehicle to get around . They do not have grocery stores or restaurants near by or in walking distance. We chose this location because 1 of the neighbors is a friend of the family and has a vehicle to transport us if needed.

My stay at Royal's place was brief but comfy. The decor and necessities throughout the condo were well prepared for any guest. I will be making this my preferred location when visiting the island.

this place is great for kids and families. there is a trampoline and everything the kids need for the pool: towels, shade, chairs, floaties! there's a pack n play, lots of pillows and blankets. super soft bedding and comfortable beds. allllll the comforts of home. chefs kitchen, and a killer back patio. lucea is a great halfway between negril and Mobay. the scheme is safe and clean. community space is lovely. all in all it eas the perfect fit for the kind of trip to jamaica we were looking for.

My husband and family stayed for Christmas & New Year and we were very pleased. Anthony was very responsive to my inquiries as well as his Property Manager Melissa. We felt right at home. The location was walking distance to the beach across the street. It was quiet and peaceful just what we wanted for our vacay. House was clean and due to our length stay we even got a cleaning and new linens and towels during our stay. We wanted for nothing. Anthony welcome gifts was very thoughtful. For 4 people the house was just right. We look forward to staying again on our next trip!

Absolutely amazing stay! The views from the back yard are breathtaking. If you need to get away, clear your head, feel close with nature…this is your destination! The house was remarkably clean! All the glass was well maintained, spotless no mildew. The neighborhood was super safe with a great security presence! Neighbors are amazing, we were even ordered food by the clubhouse staff! Omar, which is a neighbor, arranged snorkeling. It was absolutely stunning!!! Beautiful coral reefs with the most bright fish and amazing captain. Small path leading to great shopping on bloody bay beach and cute live music restaurant. Mwaka was super friendly and helpful with all questions. My family and I travel the world a lot and haven’t gone to the same place twice. My kiddos are begging to come back next year!

Our time at the accommodation was wonderful. Everything looks exactly as it does in the pictures, and we immediately felt at home. Shortly after booking, we received a lot of useful information from Santana, both about activities and organizational matters. Santana was also always available during our stay to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed our time to the fullest and didn't want to return to Germany. We hope to be able to return soon! The pictures do not do this place justice! Not only do you have a private oasis, the beach and pool were basically empty our entire trip, so even more private. I couldn’t recommend this place more. If you are ok being a few minutes outside of Negril, this is the place to be.

Das Airbnb ist sehr schön und zentral gelegen. Besonders gefallen haben mir die Ausstattung, die Lage und die Sauberkeit. Es sollte jedoch erwähnt werden, dass sich das Airbnb in einer Gated Community befindet, was grundsätzlich ein großer Pluspunkt ist. Allerdings gab es während des gesamten Aufenthalts wiederholt Probleme mit dem Sicherheitsdienst am Eingang. Die von uns sowie vom Host angegebenen Namen waren regelmäßig nicht im System hinterlegt, sodass wir jedes Mal aufs Neue erklären mussten, wer wir sind, wo wir untergebracht sind und welche Fahrzeuge zu uns gehören. Das war äußerst nervig, und ich hätte mir in diesem Bereich mehr Struktur und Organisation gewünscht.
