Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Negril

We stayed a week. Place is as described. We give the place 5 stars. Few things to know. The beach access is 5 minutes down the road & is small with only having a washroom on site. Can not purchase anything. Closest grocery store is a 40 minute walk or a short cab ride. The unit could use having a cheat sheet on how to use the TV & appliances. You will need to pickup or bring with you coffee & filters, laundry soap & any condinments / spices you enjoy. None of these items were deal breakers for us & we found the unit / complex clean & safe. If we do decide to return to Montego Bay we for sure would consider staying at this unit.

This was a great Condo. I hope you ready to party because there’s a lot of places to enjoy surrounded the property. The host Shana was amazing, very proactive and responsive. I definitely would recommend the property.

It was a little hard to find if you’re not from the area. But overall had a wonderful stay! even though we stayed one night. The host was incredibly thoughtful , helpful and welcoming. The home was peaceful, and beautifully maintained, Truly a lovely experience highly recommend!

Kamala’s place was exactly as described and I would definitely stay again. There was a slight issue with the water pressure which was more than likely a building issue and had nothing to do with the host. However, Kamala was very prompt in making contact to try and resolve the issue. The building was very safe, quiet and easy to find. I would Highly recommend!

Mika was professional and helped us deal with our issues very quickly. A newly renovated place close to all major areas.

I stayed with my husband and 19 year old daughter. We all loved it. Based on the photos I was nervous that it would have been inaccurate but it was very accurate. The unit overlooks the pool and the sea. She was obviously thoughtful about making guests comfortable. Extra towels was a nice touch for me. Also the condiments was unexpected but helpful. We would definitely stay again.

I had such a wonderful stay at this BnB. The space was cozy, clean, and super comfortable—everything I needed for a relaxing trip. What made the experience even better was the amazing host. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, bringing up refreshments and even games for us to enjoy during our stay. Her hospitality was unmatched—always checking in to make sure we were okay and offering help whenever we needed it. You can really tell she cares about her guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jamaica! :)

Ricardo's condo unit was lovely. More spacious than pictures show and A/C in both bedrooms and living area was perfect. The fact each bedroom had a full bath was ideal. It was a very quiet, safe, locked community with excellent security. We were 3 senior citizen women who felt safe and found the walk to Doctor's Cave beach doable. There is a small grocery market on the walk to the beach with a friendly, helpful proprietor. you'll need a ride to a typical US size market. Only suggestions I could make would be for Ricardo to have some kitchen supplies such as plastic wrap, and some spices/sugar. Also a few mixing bowls would be helpful. It is difficult if you cook to have to buy most everything or have limited kitchen utensils. Salt and pepper was provided. We also did not use the washer/dryer as it is not a listed amenity, but did use the clothesline. We would stay again. In addition ask Ricardo for Pete Morgan's transportation contact. He is reliable and friendly as a driver.

This was our 2nd time staying at Judy-Ann's place, and I'm sure I will be staying there again! Super spacious, super clean and super secure. Very close to a large shopping plaza, so the location is very convenient. An absolute MoBay gem.

The home was exactly as the pictures show. The patio was perfect for quiet time and privacy as the unit is on the 3rd floor. Perfect area, nice and quiet and only minutes from all destinations like the hip strip and the beach. The pool was lovely and the residents are all very welcoming. We made many friends. Thank you so much! We will return soon!

Sue's condo is exactly as described by her photos, in addition to an impeccable view of the montego bay harbor. She is very detailed and responsive to our request. The concierge staff was very welcoming and respectful. With Sue's accommodation you get the best of both worlds, a peaceful getaway but very close to nightlife, restaurants and other activities. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends 🧡

Dawn was an excellent and responsive host. The space was beautiful and the area very peaceful with a beautiful view. The kitchen was fully equipped and the pool on the property was perfect for just cooling down. The Hip Strip, Montego bay and restaurants are a quick 20 minutes drive away. We highly recommend Dawn's place and look forward to visiting again!

What an amazing two week stay we (2 adults 2 children) have had in this apartment! It was so spacious and clean and absolutely perfect. The facilities were fantastic, every thing you could need - literally a home from home. The lounge area was wonderfully comfortable to sit and chill, and breakfast out on the spacious terrace was just the perfect start to the day. It was about 30 paces down to the glorious beach, which had plenty of beach beds and lots of shade from the trees if you didn’t want to be out in the sun. It really is a perfect condo - so much so, we booked again before we even left.

My family and I loved our stay. The unit was very well appointed and beautifully decorated. We walked to the Yacht Club for dinner one night and it was very easy to get an Uber to go the beach, restaurants and supermarket. The host was lovely and concierge very helpful! We would absolutely love stay again.

My husband and I are frequent visitors to Jamaica, we have stayed at all inclusive hotels , regular hotels, Airbnb’s, this apartment was by far in the top 3 of places we have stayed we had an amazing vacation. The apartment was beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed. It did not disappoint. It was very quiet all staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. We would return without hesitation. We had a car so getting around was easy. If you stay here I would highly recommend renting a car or having a driver. They provided us with snacks water and flavored red stripe, it was a pleasant surprise. The red stripes are delicious. We are very particular, so I was a bit apprehensive about how it would be. It did not disappoint at all! We were very impressed. AC was perfect, water pressure great! Bed super comfortable all linens were clean. TV was great, plenty of options. Views from the balcony wonderful. We didn’t use the pool but it was very clean. Great home!

Such a peaceful and beautiful spot with amazing views of Montego Bay. The scenery is even more impressive in person than in the photos. The view from the entry will get you everytime! It was super quiet and felt really private, which made it easy to unwind. Ms. Dee was great, easy to reach and super helpful during the stay. Her staff was also on top of things. Definitely a place I’d come back to and would recommend to anyone heading to the area.

Kareta is always on point! Very pleasant person. Whenever I go back home this is the place i stay. Makes me feel like I’m home. I will always recommend Kareta place.

This place is so quite beautiful nice play to get some time off very beautiful beach close by and just Few mins out side Lucea and couple more mins from Montego Bay the Property Mrg is the best any question he’s just a call or text away. Leighton 5star…………..

Last minute stay and when I say..it was the best last minute stay, it truly was. Natalie’s home was nice and cozy, it felt like home. Was very nice, super responsive and attentive to our needs and local recommendations! Super sweet and felt like home!

this place is great for kids and families. there is a trampoline and everything the kids need for the pool: towels, shade, chairs, floaties! there's a pack n play, lots of pillows and blankets. super soft bedding and comfortable beds. allllll the comforts of home. chefs kitchen, and a killer back patio. lucea is a great halfway between negril and Mobay. the scheme is safe and clean. community space is lovely. all in all it eas the perfect fit for the kind of trip to jamaica we were looking for.

Vinroy was very nice. We flew in early and he allowed us to drop off our at the property while cleaners were preparing for us& which allowed us to explore Montego Bay until check in. 24 hr security. Will definitely book again
