High-quality, new and very cozy 1-room apartment on the edge of the Swabian Alps. The apartment has a separate entrance, a spacious living/bedroom, hallway, kitchen and bathroom. The whole apartment is newly built/renovated. Free parking space right outside the front door. Direct access to the separate terrace with table + chairs and garden. Ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, walking and in summer Öschingen has a great forest outdoor pool.

Ms. Birgit is a very nice and extremely kind person. She was always attentive to details and willing to help. Her apartment is not so close to downtown, but you can find nice public transportation options there. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can enjoy a clear sky full of stars from here. You have nice supermarkets nearby and the apartment is very well equipped and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place!

I had a very nice stay in the small apartment. Everything was very clean and drinks were already available when I arrived. You have your own little outdoor area with garden furniture, where you could sit very comfortably and with a beautiful view. It was also very convenient that you were allowed to park in the spacious driveway directly in front of the house. If I had any questions, I could always reach Patricia quickly. She is a very welcoming host :)
