Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing grids. In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet (one on the upper floor, one on the top floor), a guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room of about 20 m².
