The apartment is on the ground floor of our courtyard on the edge of the village. Although located in the industrial area, the companies hardly emit any noise. Quite close to nature and in the middle of the biosphere area on the Swabian Alb. Here you can enjoy relaxation and lots of space in the countryside. The apartment is ideal for couples or families. Nature, walks and country life start right outside the front door. Perfect for anyone looking for a real getaway. Upon request, there are fresh eggs from our own chickens daily.

Small (30 sqm), simply furnished but cozy vacation apartment with 2 rooms, a small balcony, a kitchenette and a daylight bathroom, in a quiet location and close to nature on the beautiful Swabian Alb at almost 800 m, ideal for a short break and for a hiking vacation, e.g., 15 minutes on foot to the Breitenstein with a great view and access to many hiking trails. Allergy info: cats in the house and wool carpet in the apartment. If you have a severe cat allergy, I advise against booking.

Visit us with your family or friends in our group vacation rental. We have 3 double rooms and 3 single rooms ready for you. Here 9 people + 2 children can stay in the large double room. The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing grids. In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet (one on the upper floor, one on the top floor), a guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room of about 20 m².

You will receive a code for check-in. Enjoy your days at the Albtrauf just outside Stuttgart. Take day trips to Stuttgart and Ulm and enjoy nature on the Swabian Alps. From June, the heated pool is open until approx. the beginning of September. Pool for shared use and by arrangement.

Our high-quality furnished apartment extends over a generous 75 m² which are divided into 3 rooms (living, sleeping and guest rooms) as well as kitchen and bathroom. You can easily access it via the separate house entrance. The outdoor area of the apartment includes a large covered terrace, a lawn and an idyllic garden pond with a jetty. Here you can, for example, barbecue or just end the day. We hope you enjoy the virtual exploration.

Beautiful vacation rental with a wonderful view

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. You can dine in the dining room or on the lovely terrace. Of course, you'll have Wi-Fi access. There's a small desk, a sofa, and a TV. The combined bedroom/living room contains a double bed, a single bed that can be pulled out, and a sofa bed. Up to five people can stay there. Bed linens and towels are provided.

The house is located in a small place on the edge of the Swabian Alps, short distances directly into beautiful nature with many cycling and hiking trails. In winter, cross-country trails are available in good snow conditions. Ski lifts are approximately 15 km away. The famous outlet city of Metzingen with over 500 premium and luxury brands can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Relax in this special and quiet space, go swimming in the outdoor pool in the morning in a bathrobe, or enjoy the fresh air in the woods. You can have an espresso on the garden swing.
