The upper apartment includes a separate entrance, two luxurious bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the nature reserve and the sea. Tucked away in a private 4,000 m² olive grove with views of Skopelos town and the Aegean Sea, Apomero Cottage offers peaceful seclusion just a 15-minute walk from town. Το σπίτι (85τ.μ.) βρίσκεται στο χωριό Νεο Κλήμα ('Ελιος), 18 χιλ. από τη χώρα της Σκοπέλου και 80 μέτρα από την πλαζ όπου μπορείτε να κολυμπάτε. Στην ήσυχη γειτονία μας και σε απόσταση περίπου 60 μέτρων υπάρχει mini market, ταβέρνες, στάση λεωφορείου και στα 30 μετρα παιδίατρος. Στο χωριό μας υπάρχει επίσης ΑΤΜ της Εθνικής και φαρμακείο.

The house has brand new mosquito window nets in all windows (installed in 2021). The television has Netflix all year around. In the kitchen, there is a Nespresso coffee machine.
