We had a wonderful stay at Panagiotis’ place and enjoyed the house! Initially it appears overpriced in comparison to other houses around, but once you spend some time in there you understand why it is more expensive. The house is well thought through and has everything a holiday house needs in terms of equipment from outdoor portable speaker, barbecue to small details such as mosquito repellent. There is also direct access to a small beach through a pathway. Panagiotis is fast and responsive and his welcoming attitude contributed to the positive experience with things like welcome package consisting of a wine bottle and fruits and air conditioning switched on on arrival among other things.

Highly recommend this beautiful home! Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops, and the stunning views from the house are unbeatable. We were a family of 7 and the house was more than spacious for us. Our host (George) was great, very responsive and gave recommendations for the area. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Eine traumhafte Villa eingerahmt von Blumen und Bäumen, ruhig, mit allem ausgestattet, super sauber, eine fantastische Terrasse, mit Blick aufs Meer und Sonnenuntergang. Wir haben es genossen und viel Zeit (Abende) hier verbracht. Stella war sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns ein Auto organisiert. Es hat alles prima geklappt. Wir wurden nett von Stellas Mutter empfangen. Es war ein sensationeller Aufenthalt, überwältigend!!! Auch idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Chalkidiki zu erkunden. Danke Stella 😍

We had an issue about mains water system. Mark managed the issue very well remotely. Special thanks to pool man. He gave really good recommendations with his limited English.

Had a great stay at Nancy’s place, which is ideal for a no-frills, summer beach/water sports bonanza like we were looking for. We appreciated the proximity to the beach and the staff at the beach bar in front of the villa were helpful and kind. It is a very sought-after beach so there are lots of people and cars there every day, but definitely possible to have more space to oneself when walking down the beach towards the end of the cove. The house and amenities are correct and tastefully set up, but not luxurious. The terrace and the living area are welcoming and generous. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would recommend it for a stay - we were there for a week for a family holiday of 8 people, of which two young kids.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Schönes Appartement, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattete Küche und sehr bequeme Betten. Wir genossen die große Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer und die Ruhe bedingt durch die Lage und unsere Reisezeit im September. Maria und Paschalina waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben unseren Check-in sowie den Check-out nach unseren Bedürfnissen sehr einfach gemacht. Vielen Dank.

The house is very cozy and comfortable. Easy to get there and to check in. The owner is a very nice girl and it’s easy to communicate with her. The rooms are specious, clean and with big wardrobes. The veranda is a great place for relaxing with a nice garden in front of it. Actually the garden is shared with 3 smaller houses but trees, bushes and some decorations give you enough privacy. The area is very quite, two tavernas in a walkable distance and more that you can get by car.

The villa was beautiful! Perfect for families or friends. Very peaceful and private, the beach was very nice and not too crowded. The host was very friendly and tried to help us with everything we needed.

The moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views overlooking Toroneos Bay and Mount Athos. It’s no exaggeration to say that the view alone could keep you there for your entire vacation.The villa itself is beautifully decorated, capturing the essence of a perfect summer retreat. The large private garden was a highlight for us, offering plenty of space to relax, enjoy a BBQ, and spend quality time with family and friends in a serene setting. We loved the layout of the house as well. It’s a two-story villa that’s perfect for families or groups. The host was incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that everything we needed was provided for. The attention to detail in the villa’s decor and amenities did not go unnoticed, adding to the overall experience.

This amazing and peaceful place of rest was all we could have hoped for. Our family was beyond comfortable here. Amazing host showed us everything nearby from restaurants to beaches. The home is clean and spacious, the yard was private and well kept and the pool was a highlight. Looking forward to a return trip in the future.

Der Aufenthalt in der Villa war sehr schön, die Umgebung ist ruhig & sehr schön. Es ist nicht weit zum Meer. Alle Haushaltsgeräte haben gut funktioniert, es war alles da was man brauchte. Leider darf man den schönen Kohle Grill draußen nicht mehr benutzen, da Feuergefahr besteht. Stelios hat uns aber sofort am nächsten Tag einen neuen Elektro Grill organisiert & aufgebaut. Der Pool war sauber & wurde unerwartet nochmal gereinigt während wir da waren.

O locatie foarte frumoasa, o gradina superba, bine intretinuta, plina de verdeata, curata, foarte bine pozitionata, la 3 minute pe jos de mare. Gazde foarte primitoare, amabila. De mentionat: In aceeasi curte stau si gazdele, plus mai este un apartament cu 3 dormitoare cu o curte mica in cadrul ( interiorul) aceleasi locatii. Multumim pentru tot!

Check-in was very flexible and smooth. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the beach is not far at all. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We spent great five days at Konstantinos' villas. the house is with excellent design, function and supplied with all necessary amenities. the beautiful private beach is just in front of the villas. Our kids had great time with the paddle boards, available for the guests. there was a daily maid care, which in my experience is a rare service for aurbnb Konstantinos was a great host, hospitable and always responsive. Would definitely come back.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

Stunning villa in a great location. Close to all the best beaches in Halkidiki and close to the airport and Thessaloniki. The architecture of the villa is amazing. The house is spacious and the pool and garden is beautiful. Dimitri's parents were very welcoming when I checked in and answered all my questions and gave me really good suggestions of where to eat. My friends and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely want to visit this villa again in the future.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft, alles vorhanden was man zum Urlaub machen braucht. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und es wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

מקרה נקודתי אחד של חוסר תקשורת של בעלי הנכס - הגיעו לקצור את הדשא בנכס ופשוט נכנסו ללא התרעה וללא תיאום מראש וחבל, כי זה ממש חדירה לפרטיות - לאחר כמה הודעות תקיפות מאוד עם בעל הנכס הובהר לבעלי המקצוע שיש עליהם לעזוב את הנכס במיידית ושהדבר איננו מקובל. חוץ מהמקרה הספציפי הזה שגם בעל הנכס התנצל אין ספור פעמים, זה באמת מקום מדהים, תמורה ענקית לכסף, לא יקר בכלל יחסית למקום ולמה שקיבלנו. לשיפור - הייתי שמח לכריות ושמיכות נורמליות, המיטה הייתה כמו קרש עץ ולא נוחה בכלל וחבל, מקום ברמה כלכך גבוהה עם ציוד בלי סוף גם במטבח, הייתי שמח למיטה יותר נוחה ולשמיכה נורמלית. הבריכה מתוחזקת ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש, גימור של הנכס ברמה הכי גבוהה שיש, בעלי נכס מאוד מאוד נחמדים, ללא ספק אחזור.

The stay at Kassandra Villa was amazing, the Host or the Daughter of the Host was very friendly, helpful and caring. If we had questions or any favor, she quickly responded. The Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very modern. The AC worked perfectly and we had no problems. The Daughter of the Host was friendly enough to recommend us restaurants nearby and also breathtaking beaches.

Wir hatten zu siebt einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft. Am schönsten ist der unglaubliche Ausblick aufs Meer mit dem herrlichen Pool. Menelaos als Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hat uns kurzfristig weitere Handtücher und Laken vorbeigebracht. Das Haus könnte insgesamt für so viele Personen etwas besser ausgestattet sein (Pfannen, Besteck, Gläser etc) aber wir haben uns arrangiert. Alles in allem ist es ein wunderschönes Haus mit moderner, stylischer Einrichtung, genug Platz und die Terrasse mit Pool und Aussicht ist einfach der Jackpot. Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Die Villa ist super schön. Man hat alle Möglichkeiten. Der Pool einfach super. Er wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Haus super schön und sauber. Sogar Außenrollos hab es, sodass wir es schön dunkel hatten, auch wenn die Sonne schon um 6 Uhr früh gescheint hat. An den Fenstern sind Moskitonetze. Eine absolute Empfehlung von uns. 2 Bäder, 3 Schlafzimmer, gute Aufteilung 😊 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
