We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

Had a wonderful girl's weekend at the 'Retreat.' The house was very comfortable and the layout was conducive for cooking, eating and hanging out. The beds were comfy too! The backyard is amazing and we wished the weather was more cooperative for outdoor time. Communication with Ann and Mike was extremely easy and timely. We would definitely stay here again. Great experience all around ! I would consider renting this spot again , fell in love with the house and the host was great! So spacious! Anything that we forgot , the house had it , it was above and beyond equipped ! Great location ! Friendly neighbors ! Perfect for hosting an intimate gathering !

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and decorated so cute. It easily accommodated our group of 7, and even though we had a lot of rain during our trip, the space made it easy for us to still have the best time. The location was perfect—just a 2-minute drive to the beach and close to everything. We especially loved grilling and hanging out in the backyard and pool when the weather cleared up. The host was incredibly kind and friendly, even sending us beach photos before we arrived, which made us even more excited for the trip. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Marci was a great host. She let us check in early and also let us check out late. She was very responsive and the house was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed our stay!

This house was a charming residence for my family. The location is excellent with both Asbury Park and Ocean Grove within walking distance. The amenities were thoughtfully selected with attention both the gourmet and children. Instructions were easy to follow and placed in a binder. Sal (and Todd) made sure that everyone would have their needs met, from various types of coffee and tea makers to sippy cups and beach toys for the kiddos. They were very responsive to our communication and left us a welcome gift! This house gets 5 stars!

What a warm welcome, this is truly home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay at Biff's beach home. Steps away from a beautiful walk around Lake Como or Belmar Beach, with excellent food and entertainment nearby. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The home is everything you need to cook good meals, sleep comfortably (you can hear the ocean waves while sitting on the front porch!) and even work remotely, as we did. We plan on returning to this excellent location in Belmar!

We loved staying at Amanda's place in Belmar! I live close by, but I had 4 friends (and 2 babies!) coming into town so I needed a place that could comfortably fit everyone for a girls' weekend. Amanda's house was exactly as described - clean, comfy, well-decorated, and well-appointed with everything you'd need. We also found the location to be very convenient/walkable. If you turn left out of the house, you're about a 10 min walk to Main St. If you turn right, you're about a 10 min walk to the beach. (There's also a playground about 2 blocks away.) Definitely recommend for a weekend (or longer) at the Jersey Shore!

House is small and aging, but very comfortable and clean. We loved it, especially the little backyard area with grill and outdoor tv. Owners are super accommodating and responsive to our questions.

Cannot say enough good things about this incredible home! My 3 friends and I were blown away by how clean, well-stocked, and well decorated this home was. It had everything you could ever need for a perfect weekend at the shore. The host Nicole was an amazing, so responsive and proactive with everything to make it a stress free stay. We loved the beautiful neighborhood it was in and how close it was to the beach and downtown. We truly felt right at home and already want to plan a trip back. Couldn’t recommend this property more. We had a great time staying here! The house was so close to the beach, super clean, everything was setup for our needs, they made it feel at home and so easy for a quick great beach getaway! We walked to a ton of great restaurants and even on a rainy weekend there was enough to do to still have a great time! Stefania was communicative and everything was exactly as described. Would stay here again!

My friends and I stayed here from a Monday to a Friday. Although there wasn’t much to do due to inconvenient weather and the time of our stay being so early in the season, we had a fantastic time. Carlos, and especially Jorge were excellent hosts, and they were understanding, and friendly. I am very happy that we rented from these owners. The house was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The only downsides to the house were the small yard, the somewhat frequent noise of the trains passing by behind the house, and the minimal counter space. The kitchen is not one for cooking. Overall, we loved our experience here and we would definitely rent again

We rented over Christmas to be near our family for the holiday. Upon check in there was the issue of a frozen pipe, but the hosts were very accommodating and set us up in the main house. Extremely clean, warm, and welcoming it made for the perfect holiday away from our home. My husband was able to whip up desserts in the kitchen for us to bring to family, the backyard was spacious and for our dogs to run and play, and my young daughter felt right at home as did the rest of us. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We would be back again in a heartbeat and highly recommended!

Awesome Airbnb! Jeremy’s place was comfortable with everything we needed and was super close to the beach. We loved hanging out on the porch when the weather finally warmed up enough to spend time out there. You can’t ask for much more for a beach stay!

Absolutely pristinely clean. It is on a quiet street but fyi, congested with street parking. The beds were very comfortable. We did have some confusion getting in, but it was because of rain and darkness. We were unfamiliar with bringing our own linens because it is uncommon in our region but we know that it is common for Jersey shore. We did wish we’d brought hand and kitchen towels, totally forgot, so bring a couple! There were lots of paper towels and plenty of hand soap. We appreciated the vacuum for crumbs. Felt safe and so clean, would definitely stay here again!
