Encased in 16 Acres of rural grounds and with a 3 Acre fresh water lake, you will feel alone and surrounded by nature. Despite its rural peaceful setting the site is close to the towns of Nerac and Condom. Marcadis Gite offers comfort whilst having the opportunity to use all of the facilities available within the camping site.

Gite La Sablère, bottom

Our gite is a warm house of 100 m2, at the beginning of the departmental 119 but once the gate is closed it can be quickly forgotten. It is reserved exclusively for rent, with a large private car park, decorated simply but to our taste. We live right next door, which allows us to be available quickly on request and to intervene in case of a problem or organized gathering.

The King's Dovecote

Authentic 19th century dovecote completely renovated, kitchenette equipped with Dolce Gusto coffee maker, bathroom with toilet on the ground floor, the bedroom is upstairs. We are located a 5-minute walk from the historic center and the quays of the Baïse and a 5-minute drive from the villages of Lavardac and Barbaste. The attic is independent of our house.
