The large south-facing balcony has an awning and presents a beautiful panoramic view of forest, meadows and the Riegelberg. It is located on the edge of the Nördlinger Ries in the state-approved climatic health resort of Riesbürg-Utzmemmingen in a quiet residential area.

We rent a modern 2-room apartment (basement) on the beautiful Swabian Alb with a living area of about 50 m². The center of the apartment is the spacious living-dining area with kitchenette. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped. You will also be offered a comfortable and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Please note that pets are not allowed.
