Located in Biržai, Vileišiškės village, the rural tourism homestead "Vienkiemio oazė" can now accommodate guests in up to 5 different private cottages. One of them is the "Fairy Tale House". The homestead combines the extraordinary tranquility of the countryside and modern coziness. Accommodation is provided with all amenities: bedroom, mezzanine, kitchen, dining room, toilet and shower, terrace, barbecue. Viesu mājiņa atrodas parka malā, apm. 100 m no peldvietas Pērsē un 800m no slavenajām Kokneses pilsdrupām. Vieta ir klusa un mierīga, taču apm. 10-15 minūšu laikā, pastaigājoties pa parku, var nokļūt krodziņā "Rūdolfs", lai tur baudītu garšīgu maltīti, vai aiziet/aizbraukt uz "Maximu", ja gribas pašiem gatavot viesu mājiņas virtuvē. Ir autostāvvieta un bērnu rotaļlaukums.
