Villa holiday rentals in Nerežišća

This is a beautiful, modern and well furnished and equipped house with the most stunning view.! 7 of us stayed in the house and had the most relaxing holiday, spending most of our time lounging on the terrace, dipping into the clear waters of the Adriatic and generally enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The small village has several beach coves and is perfectly peaceful. A word of warning …….we visited late May/early June and neither of the restaurants or the shop were open. The village is not in a bus route, so a car would be a good idea if you are visiting early or late in the season. Elisha was a fantastic host who went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable, arranging taxis and even allowing a late check out which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing house and location in a peaceful location in centre Brač,. Perfect stay for a group of friends or family! Hosts are attentive and communicative, and helpful when needed!

Toni was very friendly and accommodating. It was late when we arrived yet he made the effort to meet us in person upon our arrival so that he could tell us all we needed to know. The accommodation was excellent. The view was spectacular and the apartment was modern, well equipped and spacious. The pool and recreation area (where the table tennis was located) was a great place to hang out after a busy day. I cannot recommend this place enough and will miss the stunning views. Toni was all you could ask for in a host.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa! The view is absolutely breathtaking — easily the best part of the villa and something you'll never get tired of. The driveway is very steep, which can be a bit intimidating at first, but once you've done it once, it's totally manageable. The villa itself is clean, comfortable, and truly lives up to its name — peaceful and private. The host is incredibly sweet and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway with unforgettable scenery!

What a fantastic stay, the villa is better than the photos it’s a beautiful place, modern with an old Croatian feel. The outdoor oven being a real highlight of the trip, the pool area and the hottub all great. Bozo was unbelievable as a host, we say it’s the little touches make the difference and when I messaged asking if there was any coal anywhere win the villa for the fire, I received two bags at our door within minutes from his place next door, we also got extra check out time on our leaving days as there was a gap between the next guest. To say he went over and above is an understatement. Location is brilliant for Split, and Podstrana has been built up since our last visit to the area, both are within minutes and Ubers are affordable if you’re not driving or drinking. Split stole our hearts again and we would not hesitate the revisit Bozos place.

This place is easily the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at and I travel A LOT. You can’t beat the view and the amenities. The pool, hot tub and sauna combination was out of this world. The stone work on this house is so perfect and clean. We really enjoyed relaxing at Rita’s!

We stayed at this villa as a group of 10 friends and had the most incredible time! From the moment we booked, communication was smooth and responsive, making everything feel easy and stress-free. Check-in was seamless, and we were immediately impressed by how clean and beautifully maintained the property was. The villa itself is absolutely stunning—spacious, stylish, and offering breathtaking views. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably, whether we were lounging by the pool or enjoying a meal together. The hosts went above and beyond with thoughtful touches: shower gel, beach towels, condiments, pool inflatables, even an ice machine—everything was provided and made our stay extra convenient. One of the absolute highlights was the private chef recommended by the hosts—an unforgettable experience that truly elevated our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommend for groups looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

We had an incredible stay at this villa as a group of 6 friends and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Tracey was an amazing host, greeting us personally at check in and check out, which made it feel warm and personal. The villa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and everything ran smoothly. The swimming pool, BBQ area, and pool table were perfect for relaxing and having fun. The space was super generous, with room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to it each day felt like a dream. A standout moment was the surprise dinner by a local chef and a lovely bottle of house wine, such a thoughtful touch. Tracey was also very responsive throughout our stay. It was a truly unforgettable getaway, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable escape. We’re already planning to return!

We absolutely had an amazing time at the villa. Anita and her family was very very sweet they picked us from middle as our uber dropped us , the house was super clean , they also welcomed us with local alcohol they produce. Very very responsive about everything like recommendations and helps. Fully recommend them if you want to enjoy a villa with pool, jacuzzi and BBQ and also want a peaceful time away from hustle bustle.

We are a family of five and had a lovely stay at Villa Anja. The village is peaceful with beautiful surroundings and a well-stocked local shop. There is a reliable local bus service but a car is advisable if you would like to travel around. Davor and Bruna are both very responsive with lots of advice and help if needed. We would highly recommend.

Villa was as New and is very spacious and in Spotless Condition. Has all modern Amenities and Great Wifi Connection. Nino is an Extremely Excellent Host and couldnt do enough for us. The only downfall is the Villa location as the roads are Narrow and very steep and the location is more suited to Adults or Teenage kids as its location isnt Very Buggy Friendly unless you hire a Car or just solely rely on Taxis.

We had a long stay at Marin’s lovely villa. The sunset views down the mountain over the sea are breathtaking, as are the mountain views around. There are lovely scenic walks in the area. Marin was extremely helpful and responsive, attending to any issues we had quickly and effectively, even switching internet provider after we had some connectivity issues. He also agreed to keep the pool full and heated beyond the summer season so we could enjoy it - weather was great well into November. The kitchen is a wonderful social area, fully stocked. Combined with the huge living area, pool and games room, the villa is the perfect place for entertaining. Use of the olive field in front and private play area also makes it ideal for families. There is also a larger public playground a few minutes walk. We made full use of the barbecue and our guests were delighted with the delicious peka Marin’s father cooked for us. Definitely recommend villa Morena!

We had a wonderful family vacation. Very much enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with beautiful sea views and sunsets. Snorkeling was nice at nearby beach and we took the boat out and drove along shoreline. House came equipped with many amenities including some art supplies. If you are looking for a relaxing beach destination with spectacular views, this is the house to choose!

Marin’s place was perfect for our 3 families, and he was super accommodating to provide 3 pack and plays and high chairs for our kids. We loved eating on the patio every day, just beautiful.

We loved it. Best place in Croatia. Not only was house perfect but the town was exactly what we were looking for. Great food, beach, bars/pubs and chill.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The hosts are so friendly and super quick to respond to any questions - Ivan couldn’t have been more helpful. The views from the rooftop are absolutely breathtaking. The villa has everything you could possibly need, the pool area is amazing, all the rooms are huge with lovely en-suites and balconies, we would definitely book to stay here again. We can’t begin to thank Irena enough for a wonderful holiday at the Villa Iva. We were a party of 6 ( 5 adults 1 child) . The Villa was just as described. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax, especially the outdoor kitchen and pool area. You have a one minute walk to the sea and a 20 minute walk to Milna (6-7 by car). The bedrooms and bathrooms were all large with good mattresses and each came with its own mini-split ac unit. Multiple boilers ensured plenty of hot water for all. There were plenty of towels, sheets and everything necessary to ensure an enjoyable holiday. But the best thing about the Villa was Irena herself, she was so friendly and very easy to work from start to finish. We highly recommend Irena and Villa Iva. A side note, if you rent a boat you can park it in the bay in front of the villa. If you charter one they will pick you up in front as well. No need to travel to Milna.

Lovre's house is incredible. I highly recommend staying there. It is a very easy walk to Milna Harbour, shops and restaurants. The house is spotlessly clean, welcoming and is extremely easy to stay in. It was the perfect place to stay for our week in Milna, the pool and terrace were beautiful. Lovre was a great host, he was very responsive and very welcoming. We will be back.

A dream location! With a wonderful landscape, with your cove and your beach, with the crystal clear waters, the villa with a special local specific and tastefully arranged, up to the smallest details and a very welcoming and friendly host, it's a place you should see at least once in a lifetime ! We visited many places in Croatia but this was by far the most spectacular and the services offered by the host were at the highest level. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful week at the house in Mirca. Very short walk to a nice, small beach. Minutes by car from lots of amenities (we preferred the Konzum market of the three there in Supetar). Boris came daily to clean the pool and reset the grill as needed. He even hooked us up with some farm fresh eggs from his chickens that live behind the house. We had family staying in Sutivan and they were able to come by a few times to enjoy the beach and pool. Really appreciated the items that were stocked in the fridge on our arrival. This home has everything you need for a great vacation. Thanks for sharing your home! Did I mention the pool? It’s perfect.

A fantastic house with sweeping views across the sea to the mainland. All the kitchen amenities you could think of. A taxi ride down the hill to the grocery store. The olive grove, outdoor terraces and pool are the highlight. Hosts are gracious and generous. A place to come back to.

Villa Fisola is absolutely beautiful, and Boris was a fantastic host. Set in the charming village of Svirce, traveling to Hvar Town from the villa was seamless by taxi - just contact your preferred taxi in advance. The home was well-appointed with everything we needed during our stay and Boris was a warm, attentive and responsive host, meeting all our needs quickly and making us feel right at home. I would not hesitate to visit again!

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos. Super nice and clean. Simona and Denis were very friendly and helpful. Simona responded to questions very quickly. Even the refrigerator was filled with the most important things, so you don't have to go shopping right away. Beautiful holiday, we will come back.
