The area has nice hiking opportunities and is close to the outdoor swimming pool "Bader'n" (open June 19 - August 16). You live rural but at the same time centrally. A short drive from the apartment will take you to Eidsvoll station. From here there are 3/4 trains per hour that take you to Oslo airport in 9 min. and to Oslo S in 34 min.
