Her er det bare å sende barna ut i gata, mens du sitter på terrassen eller lager mat med åpen dør på kjøkkenet. Rekkehuset ligger rett ved busstoppet, og har egen parkering i enden av gata. Bussen til Nesoddkaia tar fem minutter. Derfra går det båter til Oslo hele tiden. Rett utenfor huset er det skogsveier med flere løyper og teltemuligheter.
